Good Morning Lisa and Bill. Laura and I met you in the Gold Coast while gambling. We can honestly say you are as friendly in person as you are on youtube. I remember asking Bill a while back if he ever had food in a different location that was better than the place of origin. I guess you can add the Hawaiian food from Straight Up Cafe in Vegas to the short list👍

Yay!! One of our faves, Aloha Specialties, our "must eat" place since 2009! Back then, they had "serve yourself water/ice and to-go boxes". Have updated the premises nicely. Food just as good as back then! Will def be patronizing Leilani's Attic, tho, I always visit Beef Jerky Store annually. Hubby was delighted to see y'all at our fave place, like home away from home, and was very impressed by Lisa's descriptions of her every bite! The food at Straight Up looks delish and will be a must stop next year!

Straight Up is in our neighborhood and next to the gym we go to. We decided to try for lunch when they opened and had the same items as you guys! I will say just pure awesomeness!! We've ordered for take-out numerous times now. The family that runs it are the nicest people too. She makes all the cakes which are pure delish. Hubby does all the grillin' and always has a smile on his face. And yes, portions are large. Cannot go wrong with Straight Up!

We always have breakfast at the Cal when in Vegas. Probably been going for 25 years or more. Looking forward to checking out Leilani's Attic!

My coworker picked Straight Up Cafe for our team lunch one day and I fell in love with their food. This place became my favorite hawaiian restaurant here in Vegas

Aloha Bill and Lisa! Cool breakfast place with big selection. Lisa your hair looks adorable! And why has no one sponsored my fav foodie duo? Loco Moco galore! Look at all those Hawaiian snacks and fresh Hawaiian leis…😊 Wow cookies and cream bread…you both had impeccable timing with no crowds😮. I was picking things off the menu as the camera was focused on them. ❤Now the cooks know how to grill Kalbi…look at the glistening fat…Bill’s shirt matches my lime green swirly fountain pen. I’m with Lisa you can taste food made with love!!…My Grandpa’s cooking and my Mom’s cooking…thank you for sharing! What a place to go when you have island cravings…that poke looks so fresh…of course Lisa had to get me with the dessert!😅Take care everyone!

Palm corned beef is a New Zealand product that has an outstanding quality and taste. A must try for those who are used to Libby's or Hereford.

Thank you so much for sharing all these delicious places. We just got back from Vegas not too long ago but Straight Up Cafe caught my attention. I love authentic Hawaiian food and will check out the place next June ( so far away 😢) We have our local L&L Hawaiian food here and it’s delicious but it’s always nice to try something new. Thank you for another amazing video ❤

I finally just tried straight up cafe! That kalbi was so tender and so good! The Kaluha pork was excellent too. The bbq chocken was ok, pretty salty. Potato salad was good too. It was a no sugar day so no cake this visit but ill be back. Ill put Konos Northshore Kalua pork over this one so you should definitely try it. They are in Summerlin.

I finally tried Straight up killa Grindz. Spoke to the owners Sterling and Tanya. From Kailua. Husband’s family from Kauai. My mom is from Kauai too. Food was awesome❤ ty for the recommendation! Aloha🌺btw, cucumber Kim chee was the bomb🤙🏼

I usually stay away from kalua pork (bland) and beef ribs (tough and chewy), but these both looked and sounded delicious. I will definitely be trying all these places on your recommendations! That giant burger patty on the Loco Moco, looked scrumptious too. I'm a burger patty for breakfast kinda guy! Another great video B & L!

Pretty great that there are so many Hawaiian options in Vegas now. Be sure to add 2 places I've mentioned before next time: Island Sushi and Poke Express on Craig. Also, the food in this vid looked so crazy good, my wife and I ordered Hawaiian for dinner🤙🏼

I use to live 2 blocks from Aloha Specialties. My favorites is the Teriyaki bowls. Half chicken half beef is to die for. $695
