Bro I flashed TWRP first,then DISABLE FORCE ENCRYPTION..but when I boot the phone cannot load up...I even forget to flash magisk.. please help.. now my phone just shows the POCO logo and it keeps shuts off and on...

I was always having the problem of device encryption after flashing twrp and with sad hand i formated my internal storage many time. your video showed me the correct way.not tried this till now but thanks , I'll edit this comment after flashing 😶😶

Big fan of your work Munchy. Just an observation, I can use TWRP without flashing the magisk. Miui doesn't replace my recovery with stock.
One thing I do, after flashing TWRP, I don't boot into OS first. I reboot into recovery again (from TWRP) and then boot into system. This ensures my custom recovery not to get replaced.

Hey there, I got answer I just wanna share to you guys, I just change the command of yours; instead of using "fastboot devices" while your device on fastboot mode, and it seems it didn't work on me, so I open my device on homescreen and I use this command "adb devices" and "adb reboot bootload" then my phone boot to fastboot mode then "fastboot boot (name of image file)". then it works on me, and also I just download Mi PC Suite and Mi Unlock tool (i think it has a driver for xiaomi devices).

Goodbye Munchy, it's been a year since I'm using Poco f1 and let me be honest,before any updates on stock firmware,it was an awesome phone but later upgrades, my Poco gets a ghost rebooting issue. It says "find my device closed unexpectedly" , So I decided to factory reset it as per all the websites and RUclipsrs on Poco says, so I thought it'll reduce the problem,but alas, it won't, so, I rooted Poco with magisk as per your video , and it went well, installed custom ROMs , still reboots with error message of finding device, I checked if there's any hardware issue, none , I tried to solve it by flashing firmware , none. So, yesterday I found a Chinese website saying Poco uses a second userspace which won't be get erased even after flashing, only the original one can flash it. So, the phone confused my phone got stolen and it's trying to find the device itself, as per this iPhone like feature of sim activation in xioami, I got fed up, I tried to delete xiaomi account, stopping Google backups , etc. Then I went to device administration and stopped find my device from accessing phone as an administrator, soon or less, the problem solved till a reboot. After the reboot,the device administration for find device turn on automatically . I was like WTH this ghost Poco doing , it doesn't allow me to play game ,it crashes , like for COD and Life after games. It won't open apps when it needed, I totally fed up with this device. Now I'm saying good bye to you because I'm switching to OnePlus 7 , I should have purchased OnePlus before Poco,my bad. Have a wonderful RUclips career ahead Munchy.

@@munchy_cool more than twice, removing all encryption. As per the Chinese website,when you get to edl mode, they say It'll show to flash account 1 or 2, but I never found mine. And sometimes when it restarts, Android shows to enter password which I don't know what password it is. Digging deeper, they use pattern lock password but didn't also worked for me. This will be the device I failed and compromised. I've been rooting phones since 2012, this is the first experience.

7:44 at this step, I cannot see and install the Magisk zip file. All folders are empty and those folders' name are different in the File Manager. Or I cannot see the folders in File Manager when I'm on TWRP recovery mode(when I tap the "Install" option). Any tips, bro?

@I Hate Xiaomi. Yes I did, since the uploader didn't specify or replied. First flash magisk unsintaller reboot back to recovery and flash disableforceincriptionv18, then magiskv20.3 all should be fine and rooted by then. If the magisk app doesn't show just download and install magisk manager.

@@raynz1337 After this guy was not able to fix my issue, I asked 2-3 more youtubers and they were also unable to answer my question so I searched the XDA's website which is as good as Quora for any technical issues. Most of them said that if you try this thing using an old PC then you might be able to do it instantly. Unfortunately I don't have any old PC as of now so I cannot tell you whether that's true or not but there are a lot of people saying the same thing.

When trying fastboot flash recovery twrp-poco.img I kept getting 'command failed' FAILED (write to device failed (Invalid argument))
Device was being detected in windows with both adb devices and fastboot devices cmd's
Tried different cables and ALL usb ports on motherboard with the same error.
Finally worked using the USB port on the monitor (which is connected to one of the ports that failed with direct connection). Assume its a port speed thing.
I'm running ryzen 5 3600x and x570 m/b.
