Awesome video man, going to get this done this weekend. Hope you plan on making more videos of you modding this frame and engine. You’re the only other guy I’ve found that actually does videos of modding B200r in this much depth. I’m new and got this exact same bike as my first one recently, good work!
Great video thank you! By far one of the best modifications I made on my minibike what a difference and I was able to find the same way on Amazon for $16.
I went and got the same light bar and i love it. The 7 inch one from autozone. Awesome man thanks cool video. I also did the red tail too. I just grabbed a random one from the shelf.
I just bought this mini bike from Tractor Supply and the headlamp is awful. It produces about as much light as a candle. I thought I got a defective light, but apparently that's how they're making them... I might do this upgrade soon, but for now I'm just using bicycle headlight/ tail light
@@anthonymartinez4015 yes. It is a 7inch. I noticed my local AZ was out of stock the other day so they may be getting rid of them but any 12v 7inch light bar should work. Try Amazon or other local part stores. Even Walmart.
@Sucat Last question, Running that light bar and that tail light is that gonna be too much for that? Is it gonna effect the way it runs. I know some LED's use less wattage than the regular headlight bulbs, But I got the same coleman and I was really just trying to find an led bulb for the front but I can't find a part number. So thinking about doing what you did.
@@sportbike222 I haven't had any issues with it so far. LEDs take much less power than a regular incandescent bulb. You can also buy a power tool battery to 12v converter off an Amazon
@@StickyMorty yes. With the front led I didn't use any extra wire. I cut the plug off the old harness and spliced them in. With the rear it was just a red marker light and ran wire from the led to the front splice as well.
Huge props bro thank you. My headlight had gone out on my bt200 and wasn't sure what I was going to do I was leaning towards just putting an LED and replacing it with an LED but then realized how much of a hassle it is. Came across your video and 30 minutes later boom I got a great light for the front. Thanks bro!!
@@Sucat sorry, forgot to mention, that light upgrade. fantastic. nice diy. i wonder if there is a 12v battery small enough to attach to this bike, and have 'steadier' lights. that would be a good vid/dyi for some folks
So aftermarket "performance" flywheels do not usually have the magnetic pick ups to create an electric current to illuminate the light. If your bike is stock and your current light works then this upgrade will work for you too. Since I swapped to the 212 predator engine I no longer have working lights and have to buy a battery pack converter (new video this weekend )
Nice, thanks for the video, I’ll hit up the Autozone and get one.

@@seriousdopamine4404 probably the same bike I have. Light sucks. Hope this vid helps in the future when you decide to upgrade.
😂
We need a mini bike ride tour next!
Say less.
This video help alot God bless ✝✝
Does anyone know what sz the Original light bulb is
S1 12V25W. BA20d
Thanks for the information man 👍
Also is it 7inches because it says 13.7 on autozone

Are those lights still working since you did that mod? That's a lot of money if they burn out in a month or two. I never seen a follow-up video.
Yes they are still working great.
I got the same one and my front wheel came off 2 times already
How did you take off the plastic in the front ?
Not sure what plastic youre talking about. The fender was just a few bolts. I think I ended up breaking the headlight off trying to take it off.
hey man! thanks for putting this video out. but i was wondering do u have a link to that light u are using?

@Sucat thank you so much man for the timely response!
How many watt led light did you get? Thxs

@@Sucat thxs brother
I just bought a B200R. Be here tomorrow. What did you say broke when you 1st got yours?
The brake caliper. Apparently they are known to break
How’d you wire the switch in?
It’s a factory switch on the handle bar
What gage of wire did you use to run the back light
Honestly I do not know. I believe it was 18g. But LED doesn't need much at all
So the led light I got from auto zone like you is called a blazer led Baja is that the one you have

@sucat I’ll be working on mine today so I just need to cut where the main head light is at like you did in the video showing you cutting the light
Yea that's all I did was cut the stock light out and butt spliced the new front and rear LED to the existing stock headlight wiring
How’d you wire the switch in?P
Probably splice it into the original headlamp toggle

Appreciate that bro glad I could help.
I can't believe how clean and simple it actually is. Cheers
🔥🔥
How long have you had this light bar on? I was told without the 12v it will stop working after a while the light bar.
Been about 4 months now. No issues. But I did eventually switch to a 12 converter for DeWalt. That's been about a month or so now
I can’t seem to get my head light to turn on? It was a return and had all the wires moved around 😢
Not really sure bro. Could have been a bad light from the get go. Try to return it and get a brand new one
Had mine for a couple months now why does it wanna constantly walk forward
100% the clutch is engaging too soon. I am having the same issue.
Could you possibly do a seat/spring mod? I got a b200r recently and the ride is not pleasant. No seat springs and the seat itself is very stiff.
I'll look Into it. I def agree the seat isn't pleasant.

Would this work for the b200c??
Did it change me with a light from the factory. If so should work the same.
As long as it has the stock flywheel and stuff.
@@Sucat the whole bike is stock but flywheel? Sorry my first bike haha

@@Sucat oh okay I got my bike yesterday the light worked for about 2 min then stopped working completely???? Would it work if I swapped it??
How did you connect the 2 wires together ?
I just used butt connectors. Cut the plug off the original light and plugged in the front and rear light.
