I was so excited to see that red resin come out!! 😊 I love the spalted Birch. This piece is breathtaking with the colors and gain of the different woods you used! ❤😊❤
When you started I could tell already that this piece would be stunning, but, as always, you exceeded my expectations. It's a piece of art! You're brilliant! ❤
I like the red resin in this piece. I find it interesting how the darkest of the woods almost disappears on the inside of the bowl against the red, but is more visible/has more contrast on the outside. A beautiful way to use up "scrap" logs. If you had enough of that spalted birch, I think that would make a striking piece alone with the red resin.
Beautiful, the effect of the spalted wood is fantastic, who would have thought that a fungus could make such a great effect. Of course the composition is perfect to get the ‘right’ balance.
Alan Yes, it's true that the effect created by the mushroom is very interesting but it is essential to master it well so that it does not amplify once the piece is finished😉
That is so beautiful, and fascinating on the sides. Do you ever get surprised at how your ideas actually turn out, or are you always able to envision it correctly ahead of time?
I love it! I like the red resin, too; it is a good complement. It adds warmth to the piece. The asymmetry of the design was a good choice, it does give it a modern flair. 👏
Beautiful autumnal piece Morgan, so nice (but) I would have taped and CA glued the base. This would allow me to remove the whole centre and make a smaller matching bowl, instead of wasting that gorgeous wood.
Stunning!!!!❤❤❤❤

thank you very much I’m very happy that you appreciate my work 😉👍👍
Great work again, I love that you make your own paste, you should also make your own finishing polish as well. Cheers

Beautiful rich colors! The patterns on the sides make me think of African fabric prints. Really wonderful.

That is so beautiful, and fascinating on the sides. Do you ever get surprised at how your ideas actually turn out, or are you always able to envision it correctly ahead of time?
Susan🌸Yes everything is calculated but with this kind of parts which are made up of small branches the result is unpredictable

I love it. So unique. Some of the red resin shapes on the sides look like women wilh their heads covered.

Really nice Morgan!! What do you use in your sanding paste 4F pumice or something else?
Alan
I will make a little video to show my recipe 😉
@@bawbreizhartwood maybe make a video on how to make your silicone mold. It’s a great tool … maybe sell them!
Very nice, ut i would have used green. ❤❤😊

Seems a bit odd that you make a big point about saying who made the glue you use, but at the end you block out the name of the finishing wax.
I thought the same thing.
Very impressive.
it's because I work with this glue supplier with whom I have a commercial contract while I have no contract with wax
@@bawbreizhartwood Would my comment be deleted if I mention the name of the wax? It wasn't actually hard to find.
That’s your comment???
😉👍🏻
