Thank God it’s a1960’s truck not a 1990’s 😳. I have to replace the entire wiring harnesses on mine and I mean EVERY single wire even the dome light. Damn rats
I have a, 1965 D100. Shortbed/stepsice. /6 w/ 435... pulling motor and trans.. 1964 New Yorker 413/727 swap. Keep up the content. Great video. I have the 2 some steering wheel too. 😎
Hell yea an old dodge truck about damn time haha. No one works on them and hard to find content or just someone that knows mopar were I’m at. Every thing in this truck looks the same as mine ONLY I run a 440 not a 318. Ground up all the way 🤘🤘.
Way to go. Now just take the time to fix it up and it will be a great truck. I have a 69 D-100 that I've had for 30 years now and wouldn't part with it for nothing.
the best thing to do to that truck is a 1974 dodge truck frame swap really easy almost a bolt on swap then you have disc brakes and independent front suspension and power steering
@@justtheClark did one several years ago was a easy swap. I would think any of those body styles will swap I just happened to have a 1974 that's why we used it. I would think any will work up till 93
Hell yeah Clark!
Gotta love the wiring I just figured out my brake light issue and fixed it today
This truck is a nightmare for wiring. Good thing there isn’t too many wires

@@charizardsniper5064 Damn, yea the newer they get the amount of wires grows exponentially

Nice! Yea it’s a 318 I’ll probably do a few upgrades to it before swapping the engine
From the bottom up!

That’s the plan!
Weather stripping helps
Looked like some welding is needed on those door latches.
Welding is needed everywhere on this one

I like the sound of that I’ll look more into that year now. Yea that I-beam front end isn’t the greatest

I am with you. The choice of that brown is Horrible, BUT there are way too many turquoise Sweptlines.
You’ve got a point it. I’ll try to keep the color inside but still debating on the outside
My 63 D100 it will lock up the brakes.
2 spoke. steering wheel
