On 1 January 2024 the Royal Cardboard Fleet and the RM Fleet declared war on each other. At the start of the war The Royal Cardboard Fleet had the cruiser Hamsire and the battleship Lord Nelson available. Another battleship, the Hindustan was being build and neurally ready for action. The RM Fleet had two cruisers, the Salem and Chester available and the two battleships Kentucky and Illinois.
After sinking the merchant ship Jabalpur on 3 March 2023, the battleship Kentucky intercepted the armed merchant ship Union on the same day and opened fire. Despite being under gunned to fight a battleship, the Union fired back!
