I definitely feel like Rashad Greene is one of the most underrated players FSU has ever had. People will remember Benjamin's catch for the win but forget it was Greene who got us in position by splitting two defenders.

I was born in 2001 & grew up going to most of the games in these clips & its so crazy how stacked we were often without people from other fanbases even realizing. Lots of guys who are household names in the league now people don't connect the names of to FSU during this era but they were here and fans loved (most of) them.

Think about it, the Noles were playing terrible, trailing 21-3 while those Auburn fans were chanting SEC-SEC-SEC. Brent Musberger have just proclaimed that Famous Jamis was having a meltdown. The fake punt only went for a few yards but gained a critical first down. FSU proceeded to score and it settled the team down. In other words, it put Florida State right back in the game. What a comeback and what a national title it was!!

@@OnlyNolesknow I can agree and disagree. Jimbo left FSU in a bad place. But at the same time they didn’t want to help him with what he felt like was needed at the school. Like if we’re going to compete with the other big schools facilities wise then we got to drop the money for it and Jimbo saw that early. Now we’re behind the 8 ball with facilities and we’re not any good so it’s a double negative.
