    Couldn't get the flow PDF conversion to work via the Graph API, hopefully, you'll cover this in your future videos. Thanks.

    Very useful video! Thanks Damien. I use the Action "Convert Word Document to PDF" - not OneDrive. When sharing or migrating the flow to colleagues, for business continuity reasons , it best not to use personal OneDrive Actions.

      Thanks @@analysiscloud a good share. The word action is premium, whereas this flow isn’t but I’m also curious to explore the graph api.

    This is dope! I am wondering if based on all this, you just tought, we can come up with a flow that scan/read power bi (charts, slicers, visuals...) and make a summary of each, and we use it for documentation

      I am unfamiliar with the gen ai features in PowerBI but given you can export visuals as images, you could in theory use gpt4o to summarise them. I’ve a video on gpt4o ruclips.net/video/vE9If6_dO80/видео.htmlsi=2JEonkKNhEBcWOYA 😉

    Thanks for highlighting AI hub possibilities within Power Automate. At 2:13 you mention Graph API as a means to convert to formats other than pdf. Last week I needed an image from an Excel selection with too many rows to screenshot. I had to export my selection as pdf which I then uploaded to a third-party pdf to image converter site on the web (my data was not sensitive) however if Graph API can convert selected Excel cells to image I would very much welcome a follow up video of yours around this sort of use case.

      Interesting 🤔 you might also be able to use office scripts for this? Power Automate | Office Scripts | Send Charts via Email & Teams
      ruclips.net/video/Tj2jasorczU/видео.html but otherwise here’s the graph api learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/driveitem-get-content-format?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http xlsx is supported.

      @DamoBird365 Excellent, I appreciate scripts links and confirmation that Graph API supports conversion of Excel.

    LOL, I needed this last week. I forgot about the PDF OCR route. I'm dealing with Word Docx, ended up unzipping the word docx, sending the text content over to a office type script in Excel to get the raw text, saving the text in Dataverse, and then sending the raw text over to a Prompt like you did but the whole prompt is broken down into many parts which get data sent to it from the flow. Even the JSON object example is not in the prompt, its sent by the Flow.
    No, I don't know TypeScript, just got ChatGPT to write it for me, took a couple mins.
    Going to make a few changes to check if the doc is a PDF or Word document in the flow.
    What is your video software setup do you use? I think I might make my 1st video of PowerApps and Power Automate alongside ChatGPT. Please let me know.

    How will this work if you upload a document over 200 pages?

    • @DamoBird365
      @DamoBird365  15 дней назад

      @@MindlessProds that’s a good question. You would need to explore the AI Builder character limit, I believe it is 4000. This is due to underlying LLM. By comparison you could use an LLM in Azure with higher token limit ruclips.net/video/vE9If6_dO80/видео.html the other features to check for limits are the PDF convert and OCR extraction. I understand that SharePoint Premium supports this natively but I am unclear of its limits.
