You're good bro but few points :
1. 69 lakhs with a tag of uttam nagar is way too high for 540 sq ft that too without govt bank loans
2. 20-28k rent iss propery ka ? funny ! bhai inn locations pe rent pe rehne koi achi family aati ni h aur jo ati h wo 25k degi ni
all side blocked plot, very expensive, one of the non liked location of Delhi

I genuinely respect your opinion on this but we also need to understand that buying a Plot, House or Piece of land in Dwarka is next to impossible for a common man because it is way too expensive.
The smallest plot in Dwarka is 72 Sq. Yards and the price is somewhere around 3 Crores.
Which means around 4 Lacs per Sq. Yards. and we being Indians are not fond of the Builder Floors and Flats Concept, Many of us love to live in a House - Jad se Makaan which is ultimately possible in such areas and colonies, Commonly known as Unauthorized and Regularized Colonies. Although Loan is not possible from any Govt. Bank but still a good of people are living in these areas as Owners and Tenants. Moreover if these colonies are completely illegal why Government is providing DJB Water Supply along with BSES Electricity connections ?
