If you visit steamboat,, Telluride, Aspen, and Crested Butte then you haven't visited Colorado. Not many born there locals live in those town anymore most millionaires and celebrities. Try going to Buena Vista, Salida, Gunnison, Grand Junction ect. Places where you still find salt of the earth mountain folks.

the moose have been more visable the past few years this year especially seen alot of babies which means even more next year just a bit of advice they are some mean and fast animals do not try and get up and close with them especially the babies because momma will not like that at all, heck even the bears run from the adults ther is a few vids on utube showing how aggressive they can get with bears so don't assume they'll give you a pass
