Abdulla Hassan this is A certain Scientific Railgun S. Its s part of a large series. The events of Railgun run concurrent with the other anime A certain Magical Index.

Cam Cullen. I know it doesnt justify his actions but he was kinda manipulated froma young age to be like that and even so he didnt willingly kill the first clone. She fired at his back and the bullets were reflected killing her. And later on its said that he tried to deter them from fighting. Eventualy he got used to it
Accelerator was taught to think of them as nothing but targets for gaining power. Ofc he tried to deter them, but again they weren't true humans to begin with, them being dolls designed for Accelerator to kill.

even tho i wasnt a big fan of season 3 of index i cant wait till railgun gets there. railgun pacing is so much better and index charm has fallen off and almost annoying now. index pacing needs to be fixed and index as a character needs to be fixed. dont get me wrong season 1 of index was good but something is wrong now and railgun just just plain good.
so a theory I through out a little while ago is that Tomo's hand also act's as luck container, storing up his luck for emergencies. Which is one of the reasons why he's has almost batman type luck when he fights.
Ohh... That would've been a fun finish for the anime, though. It's too cliche with these good endings where some random power awakens in one of the main heroes, so that they win. The so-called Main Character Power. -.-
They are in the same universe but the diffrence is that main Heroin of Railgun ( Misaka ) is a Secondary character of Index and Touma is main character of index but secondary in Railgun If you plan to wach it i suggest you to start with watching 2 sesons of Railgun before Index

Eren Ja3ger because index series realise in 2008-2010 and railgun 2014-2015 so rail gun have more better animation then index.
