I think this is one of my favorite videos Tarte has done. I like it more than other "formal" tutorials. It DOES feel like you're chilling with your girlfriends while getting ready for a night out. Please do more of these classes... There are so many topics you can do... from which brushes to use for a specific thing or eye look, how to master a bold lip, spot conceal, avoid cakey face, perfect your brow shape, etc etc etc.
Definitely loving the training on different eye looks! I feel like most makeup bloggers just assume that you can follow what they're doing and they go too fast and aren't close enough to the camera for me to really understand what brush to use for what effect etc. I'm older & honestly never really learned how to do eye makeup properly because I have hooded eyes and it just never looked right. So now after about a 10ish year break from all of it (severe depression and chronic pain disorder) I'm trying to learn how to take better care of myself in my early 40's 😏🙄 Soooooo any of these training videos are so valuable, especially for hooded eyes 👀 😍 thanks Tartelettes! ❤️ 🤗 ❤️
This tutorial was exactly what I needed! Here I am applying dark shadows with a fluffy brush instead of a packing brush! Thanks! I can't wait to attempt Deanna's look tomorrow! Keep these tutorials coming! 💗💗 Snapfam!

I really appreciate videos like this! Would you guys consider doing one like this for hooded eyes? When I follow the traditional rules it never turns out right because a chunk of my shadow disappears when I look straight forward.
This was an excellent tutorial/tip video! I really enjoyed watching this. The Smokey eye is something I really struggle with and want to learn to perfect and I think these tips will really help me! PS I freaking love my tartelette toasted palette! OMG it rocks my world!!!
Anyone else find the shadows in this palette too powdery? Can anyone tell me how to make them stay on the lid? I’ve tried primers, concealers setting sprays, everything…
