The Platters are wonderful! These are some of their best: Heaven on Earth, Red Sails In The Sunset, Enchanted, Harbor Lights, You'll Never Know, My Prayer and The Magic Touch. These are just the tip of the iceberg. This is raw talent, no auto tune, just beautiful god given voices!
My mother loved the Platters. When I was a child, we lived in a bad neighborhood for a while and she had a cassette player that was stolen. She wasn't upset about the player but her Platters tape was inside. It took us kids about 6 months to get her a new player and somehow order a new Pltters tape from England (not that easy back then) for her. To this day, I now love the Platters thanks to her
Merry Christmas🎄Brotha D & family! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 💖💖 Yeah.. glad you hit up "The Magic Touch"! The Platters could've sung the old school phone book and made it a hit. They were just top notch 😄🚀🎆

I was just a little tike when I listened to them. They were unbelievable. Cannot find their original old 33’s anywhere. Nobody will let them go like other artist groups.
@@Dabridge4009 Yes, it's a classic. They recorded a song in the 60's called With This Ring. It was more up tempo and had the 60's feel to it. I liked it alot.
