This game looks suspiciously similar to The Game by Steffen Benndorf. Other than the ability to play 'ten points in the wrong direction' cards when it's not your turn, I'm not seeing much difference.
The Game was the inspiration for Sorry Guys (that is mentioned in the Kickstarter story). There are a bunch of differences though. Playing fix cards at any time, zero communication among players, replenishing your hand anytime it is empty are a few. Also, the design of the cards with gradients getting darker as the numbers go up make it easier to sort hands and Sorry Guys includes numbers zero, one and one hundred in the players deck.
