I am so grateful for honest reviews like these! Although you picked out flaws, your manner was such that people could make up their own mind about the product and not feel pressured either way.
I am trying to sew instead of buy, but your thumbnail had me so jealous of this set! If it had been vintage quality materials and methods, I would seriously want it. I think this would be a great set for a young child who is old enough for the small pieces but hasn't had a Barbie before. I have a heart for children in the foster care system, and would love to be able and give sets like this to every kid.
Pricing: pounds aren't too far off from US dollars, so, while the price is exactly what I'd expect for that set, I'm definitely in the "wait until it's on sale" group. In my area (rural southern US), new Fashionistas have been starting at just over $10, single fashion fashion packs around $6. You got 2 dolls ($20) and 6 outfits (less 2 outfits because dolls come dressed= 4 outfits $24), and a fashion pack worth of accessories ($4), so seems like typical Mattel pricing.
I love seeing more grown up/fancy looks for Ken again. Wish they'd make a "date night Ken" collection!

The boyfriend top looks so cute on Barbie! My favourite piece is maybe the pink dress.
On another note, I desperately need fashion packs with tall boots and jackets - they would do so much for elevating dolly outfits. Great video!

J'aime beaucoup quand il y a barbie et ken avec différentes tenues, très mode dans la même boîte... l'année dernière j'en avais acheter une chez smyths toys a 34,99€ ou le fond de la boîte en décor était une limousine en ville avec un tapis rouge et des ombres de la foule ...j'avais adoré et celle que tu présente est tout aussi jolie, j'aime beaucoup 😍🤗😍🤗

Great review 👏! It's a nice simple set that seems better for a kid than a collector since neither the dolls or outfits are of great quality 🤔 This set would be worth buying on clearance or a really good sale 😆

The idea was cute but the execution for sure is lacking, it's so weird they switched the pants from canvas to stretchy fabric with elastic waist, it really messed up the look.
Also the Ken pieces are ALL ill fitting, and the jacket all dented by the plastic stays.
By the quality of the items I think it should be 25-30-ish max for such a set.
The dolls look ok but it would've been a zillion times better had they used that brunette Tori from the mermaids head instead of the Millie I bet you would've even forgiven all the crappy quality had they done that!

I have the 1st one of this pack and i feel i like it a little better than this one. The bell bottoms missed the mark for me. Every other item is very nice. I would buy it on sale for sure.

Bad quality, ugly design. Kids deserve better
