I liked Mira as a character during the end. He became so interested in fighting. He probably liked getting defeated because it was a joy to feel something attack you that was as strong as you.
I wish that the Dragon Fist Goku shot out as a SSGSS was blue.

Not as good as the first game. In 1, when you had to pull this off before Goku showed up, it made more sense for the spirit help of a bunch of people to show up. What with you being in a space in between time and space, technically having access to all. Here? Goku is already here and helping. So the situation isn't nearly as desperate. Hell, it would have been better if Goku himself just powered you up for this. Or held Mira in place for you. It just isn't as satisfying. This makes the normal ending better for this game, I think.
i feel the same way...... i remember when i beat xenoverse 1 for the first time i got the secret ending and didnt realize it until i looked it up on youtube it was funny to me in a way that i got that ending over the normal one first time around

AttackSquad A yea in xenoverse 1 all you need to do to get the secret ending is just give demigra a merciless beatdown....... super saiyan 2/super vegeta 2 and high level with some ki blast ultimates like death ball, supernova, warp kamehameha and stuff like that will put him down in no time i'd recommend super vegeta 2 if you have it or even just plain super vegeta as in xenoverse 1 they were more of a ki blast oriented transformation

Y'know what makes this even worse with this ending besides the unnecessary mentor help when Goku seemingly fucked off to go do whatever Goku does offscreen? It shows that your Kamehameha in the normal ending means nothing, all it took was a Dragon Fist and Time Egg extraction to kill Mira.
The way I look at it it justs means your dragon fist is better than gokus
Oh that's the true ending. My ending was goku turn to limit breaker and killed Mira (JOKE) my ending was goku use dragon fist and I used kamehameha

You can Destroy Mira in under 2 minutes easily with the right mixture of combos, kamehamehas and super vanishing balls.. I did it with a lvl 65 male saiyan..

actually you can. If you go to big temple at the back of the time nest, it will allow you to replay story missions.

The boss fight wan't hard but the problem (for me) was that goku got in the way too much and because of that I missed alot of super attacks that could've done massive damage to mira

I like the first ending better, in all honesty. Mira realizes his mistake with Toma, and it is epic for Goku to actually help you physically rather than in a cutscene.

I made a strike skill-based earthling cac with dragon fist as his main ult and had no idea this was a thing when I played through the story with him. It was so hype and satisfying to watch him finish it all with that move.

Probably due to Super Mira, and the entire story being a complete joke in terms of difficulty.
Was very disappointed with the fact that if you skip all the cutscenes you can beat the story in under 3 hours with a just over lvl 60 character by the end..
SuperFutureTrunks1 I just did it for all the awoken skills (1000G) also it makes collecting dragon balls less of a grind

What a weak alt ending... The other one was so much more, and what he said to Towa when he died was perfect. Idk I'm sure some of you enjoyed it. I just really wish they would of done a better job than the regular one which was really well done. Maybe a bad ass Beerus Hakai scene where you, and Goku are about to lose that shit would of been epic.

Before a battered Goku commends you and Instant Transmissions away, Unlocking Dragon's Fist instead of buying it from the shop?
X Moore That could be another one since Dragon Fist is pretty worthless, and costs way to much. Unlike Justice Combination which is instant, and you can use it to finish a combo for massive damage.

the alternative ending should have been altered like this, Mira knocks out goku, with makes Mira feel hyped because he thinks goku was the only reason you could keep your ground, then this 5 spirits comes and give you power: Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Future trunks and your Mentor
so then you staarts kicking him around following a clash after where Goku comes in and pushing some energy with you so you and Goku together overpower Mira and then he dies saiyng what he said in the normal ending
(atleast what I think, may have alot of flaws in this idea)

Fuck anyone who uses go go gum, like destructo disc and GoD's Anger, they are moves used by people who aren't good enough at the game to win with combos and strategy, whether it's online or offline play if you have to resort to using dirty tricks.
Instead of using something as a crutch people should just git gud.

I got the ending without doing this I just needed dragon fist.
I kinda wish the instructors that appeared in the cutscene were tailored to your race. Like the characters that appear kinda work if you're a Saiyan or a Earthling, but it doesn't feel as cool if you're a Majin, Namekian, or especially a Frost Demon.
this would work if they had super buu, kid buu, nail, and MAYBE Cold as mentors
you can get this ending a lot easier if your playing an with coolers ult since you can kill him while he can´t do nothing to ya :D but i definetly want to try this way as well :D

Not really. It was balanced so that it is weaker at the front of it to give players a chance to escape, but overall damage is the same. It's still hella useful. Not what I would call nerfed.

Better alternate ending would have been to see your character get 5 saijans form around you,turning you into a god (if you chose that class) and then as a reward you get the god transformation

The alternate ending is...(stop reading if you don't want to be spoiled, please) when you finish all the 5 houses' quest and get the 5 eggs. You will unlock what happens to bardock and Future Gohan after they (Take Mira into the timehole / go fight the Androids) You "take their body" and then Bardock becomes ssj3 as a playable character in free battle and parallel quests, and Trunks go helps Gohan so he does not die.

Whatever you choose after fighting the androids ("Fix the timeline" or "Leave it corrupted" ~ I'm a Spanish speaker, so I don't know what those options would exactly be as I played it in Spanish ~ the Supreme Kai of Time will say "I appreciate your point of view,but the final decision shall be mine", so nothing will happen (In case you wanted to fight again and perhaps join forces with Truunks and Goha, as I would have it like to...

This is hella late, but correction: Vanisher Guard continues working even without you pressing any buttons. It expires after about 5 seconds.
I thought that was the real ending? I guess I did destroy him by spamming evil explosion wave with Super Saiyan 3. When I watched this I was like "WTF Goku?!"
Setting points for strike supers and KI blast Supers is meaningless as the difference in terms of damage would only be 300-400 point even if maxed out. You should have invested all that in stamina,KI, health.Basic attack damage doesn't change significantly even if maxed out.It's a shame,it really doesn't worth the difference to put any points in them.

@1:05 Except in that video; the InbetweenGamer did not have any points into ki supers. At all. They put all their points into ki, stamina, and the rest into health. The QQ bang put +5 in Stamina, Health, and Ki, while -5 in the attack stats.
