🍚 Rice - get a big bag of basmati, add one mug into a big microwavable dish, add two mugs of kettle boiled water. Microwave for 10 mis. Once "pinged", cover the rice with a plate and leave for 5 mins. Fluff with a fork and done. Add some olive oil and salt to taste. You'll never go wrong with the double water to amount of rice ratio 👍🏻
A little tip for your poached eggs…. (I’m shite at them too haha) but I found if I use a frying pan but with water instead of oil (and a splash of vinegar) I can get pretty on point poached eggs 😊 xx
Can of matt black spray paint for the handles, (rust-oleum brand is the best) unscrew and spray outside on a piece of cardboard, they dry quick in warm weather, prep the cupboards with a lemon grease remover first, (try and do the day before), undercoat with a brush or roller, paint top coat with a roller, acyclic oil based paint is best for a wipeable non scratch finish.
Instead of painting your cupboards but some fablon /sticky back plastic, it come s in an assortment of colours, wood effects I've just covered my mirrored wardrobes a cheaper option than new wardrobes xxx

Hi Faye. X. Yes u can paint your cupboards I have. I primed them first with - B.I.N primer sealer stain killer. It’s fantastic. About £22 a tin enough for your your kitchen. I think I used a roller brush. But is thinner paint so make sure u put down dust sheets. But covers any colour any marks and stains. !!!! You looking v good Faye. X. Ps Faye. Rice. Tip. 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to boil good 5 minutes then turn off heat lid on - perfect rice. Don’t buy rice cooker. X. Hope that helps u x 😊
Go to protein smoothie. 300 mls of almond milk roughly, frozen large banana or 2 small and couple of handfuls of frozen mango and sometimes 1 kiwi with a scoop of vanilla protein powder blitz and it make a huge tastes like a banana milk shake. This is my breakfasts and it feels me till lunch
Hi fay please b carefull with lifting weights if u have a bad shoulder in case you end up with a frozen shoulder very painfull injury takes a long time to get back to normal so dont over do it with the weights 😗😗xx

Oh dear.. be careful not to injur it further hun... I was body building a while back and worked through some pain in my right shoulder (knowing it wasn't just pain from working out) and i ended up tearing it. Cannot use my arm properly now 😢 it won't lift high enough to even do my hair or put a bra on 😢 its so painful... just be careful hun its so easy done ❤❤❤❤
Hi love ❤ what I do is fill the spray bottle with me own olive oil. I don't like the taste of that 1 cal either! Also I've got a top tip for making perfect rice every time. If Yr interested let me know 😉❤
I will only eat poached egg,got it off to a tea put your pan on with water don't boil it crack yer egg in a label gently ease into water. Fab poached egg❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I did slimming world and lost 3 stone but got a bit bored with it and the weight now back on want to do calorie counting and defo need to get more mobile but dodgy knee so gym i guess out of question .

I do similar! Same ratio as you 1 rice to 2 water, microwaveable vented bowl, but i use cold water, 17 mins at 900 watts. Banging 😂

The special cupboard paint is self levelling so you don't get brush marks but can also use a small sponge roller for a smooth finish. Piece of cake! 😘

Just use water to cook mushrooms add salt n pepper in frying pan also just use frying pan to do poached eggs in shallow water … easy

I cook my eggs in a frying pan with no oil, but when I see the bottoms cooked il put a splash of water in and pop a lid on. Perfect every time
