I feel like night shifts confuse any human body. I'm not an expert, I just know how my body responds to chaotic schedules and poor sleep times. Anything that you can do to settle and stabilise the body into a regular rhythm sounds good. One of the big things (other than meds) in calming my Crohn's disease was rest and stable routine that followed my body's natural rhythm of awake in day and sleeping at good times at night. ❤ Plus it helped me cope better mentally too xx
I have become so ill in the past few years and more serious from last year you really do help me through some dark days where I think I can't cope anymore with the pain U help me out that dark place just by being you you really do make my day so thank you Faye i appreciate you your an amazing person partner and mother to your boys there very lucky to have you never stop being you and keep on smashing it love you girl ❤❤xxx
@@Joy-qw3wm thank you so much these nice messages have brought a tear to my eye I appreciate all the love being so ill is very lonely at times I have my son his my full time carer and he does everything for me and that make me so proud of him but I feel terrible as he should be out enjoying life not looking after me but he won't let anyone else take care of me he said he would be worried about me if he wasn't here god love him I'm currently waiting on a wheelchair so he can at least take me out the house for a few hours I have a few serious health issues I have rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes ,COPD , asthma and a serious form of sleep apnea where I stop breathing while I sleep 😴 I also have chronic back pain and high carbon dioxide levels I have to be on a ventilator for at least 8hours a night to keep me a live on the night so you can see how it would get so lonely and frustrating I'm on a lot of medication I'm sorry for rambling 😂 thank U again my beautiful lady xx❤️

If you really don't like your existing tattoo, a scorpion would cover that pretty well, if U want it black and grey. See if a local artist is up for the cover up... And maybe add to it onto your shoulder and upper arm over time 😊
