As an architect . One of the ugliest interiors I have seen.
The wood finishes are too warm. The ceiling is extremely tacky looking kitchen island and counter tops were nice. The dining table was also nice.
Too many wall finishes. Too much texture on everything almost gaudy. And everything looks different from one another. No homogeneity. With the expanse of space even the wardrobe placement is so absurd and weird.

I seriously wonder why people would be ready to spend so much on an apartment in Bengaluru, it is not a city like Mumbai where lands are scarce, rather buy a nice land and build a beautiful individual house instead of spending money on a depreciating property. After few years an apartment doesn’t look all that good. 5.3 cr starting for a flat is insane especially for a city that lacks basic infrastructure such as decent roads, water etc.
Ur not not just paying for the house, ur paying for the experience, the people that live there are too businessmen, government officials and influential people, the club the security everything, to me it’s worth it.
