This video came in perfect timing. I literally filed for my DOT/MC last night. I just got a call from someone stating I need to complete my driver qualification and it was $187.00. I didn’t go through with it, but good to know it can be done on my own. Thank you for the great info.
Those calls you get after you go active are because your info is public now. That’s telemarketers. They make it seem urgent when half that stuff you won’t need. Be careful

Who gave you the road test that has to be filed in the dqf?
First I would like to say you do a wonderful job explaining the material. Thank you. My question is do I have to Upload any of this DQF material to FMCSA?And if so how do i do so? Do I need a 3rd party company to do this or can i do it myself? I just applied for my authority a week ago and I have been getting calles left and right about trucking and trucking companies. Thank you for all your hard work. I would defintely use your mentorship but i just dont have the money for now. But as soon I can I will.
The DQF is for your records. You’ll provide it to them if they conduct a new entrant safety audit. Just keep it in your DOT compliance binder with your other paperwork.
The calls will come ands will sound urgent. The FMCSA will write it email and will say that they are the FMCSA

It can be done. You would be Co Owners with 50/50 ownership
How can you tell if the load on the load board is a no touch freight load ?
It will say no touch freight or the broker will advise you when you speak to them

Yes , pre qualification files are for companies with hired drivers. If it's you or you and your spouse etc you technically are good. If you have trucks and hired drivers its mandatory

The medical is all you need. That’s verification from the medical examiner that your good to work ❤️

You only submit to the FMCSA when they audit you and request but you always keep on file
