Glad to hear from someone who buy this bag with their own money!
I bought this bag with my own money and returned it the next day. I made a review about mine on my chanel. The quality was horrible for the price. They’re allot of fake reviews on this bag. If you’re a person that’s picky and knows about good quality and you expect that don’t get this bag. The bag to me is worth about 200 the most. They have the same exact bag on amazon for 100 to 130 and look much better. I made a review about it. That’s just my opinion. If you have this bag and you love it enjoy your bag. Me too...agreed with you. I spent around almost 500.- (plus 39.- shipping cost and custom tax) When I saw the quality of the bag made me disappointed.
The end of strap cut really rough. The quality compare price of other Italy made, coccinelle, Michael kors, Furla etc. for me I rather spend my $ with those brands.
This is the reason why they only just do online sales.
Well I would say I contact with sales staffs on FB , they reply very quick and promise me will ship the new strap for me. No issues for return the bag but I won't buy online products anymore as long as I never have chance to touch - choose by my own eyes-hands.

Tony, I am in the USA and just received a bag from them that is going back and will never order from them again! The turn lock is about to fall apart, glazing missing on one of the strap with rust on the hardware, scratched leather in the back, lose threads at many places, wrinkled inside bottom and more.... I wish there was a way to post pictures here. If you are in the USA, think twice before ordering from them! I had seen Buti bags in Germany when I was at a conference last year and was blown away at the quality. I think the demand has become too big and quality has gone totally down because they can't keep up with the demand. Do not expect the quality that Buti use to be.
Thank you Tony and yes, TB was very good, they issued my refund without any problem. So I can say I had no problem returning it. Please go visit the Buti factory and film if you have a chance, I would love to see it!. I think you will be very surprised at their craftsmanship because they make very beautiful handbags.
That sad moment when a cheap birkin dupe from China purchased on eBay is better quality than an $400 made in Italy bag. Sorry you had to deal with such a shitty quality

Are the Teddy blake bags of genuine leather? The smell of this bags isn't of the others bags or wallets of genuine leather...
At least with mine, I can confirm it is made of leather. Mine has the scent of of leather and a touch of sweetness.

In Canada the bag was going to cost : $573 + $29 shipping + $40 of taxes and customs fees so it was going to cost almost $615 cad . I refused to pay customs and requested to ship it back. Also, I read a lot of reviews and most of the reviews are done by influencers that were given the bag for free did not have to pay for it. Also, the few reviews that are not sponsored do not recommend the purchase if you were to dish out that kind of money…. I do not believe this back is worth that much. Sorry !

Looking at all the RUclips reviews, I just realize it’s NOT a Ted Blake handbag but a Buti brand that sells their handbags to certain stores. Maybe they have a contract, I don’t know but they do have physical stores where you can buy it. USA is the only one online. Nevertheless, it’s a gorgeous handbag!

I always wanted to buy this bag but did not because all the people who reviewed this bag were sent bu the company. That sends alarm bels to me because that means they will always send a good quality product. Also the bag is not cheap either. For that price you can get a luxury brand bag.
a lot of people say the company send them bags, but must of the cases its not true, if they don't show a screen shot of the email from teddy blake, i don't believe it. i both a caty 14 and its gorgeous, its better if you try it for yourself , the company have a excellent customer service, I'm pretty sure if you don't like it they will refund with no hesitation. good luck.
