    Used to be a refreshment hut in Victorian and Edwardian times. Wainwright mentioned its ruins in his Central Fells Guide. Only scattered rocks remain now.

    I love Easedale tarn but you can see how hot it has been with the lack of water, coming over down Sour Milk Gill. We are at the Lakes next weekend with the family, so might have a wander up there too, cheers Alan

      Yes i was expecting a little more water at sour milk gill but was still lovely and a great little walk thanks for watching 👍
