I suspect that the date on the label of your recordings was written in a way that could be misinterpreted, because no edition of Look Who's Talking was transmitted by any ITV region on 7 January 1975. However, Diana Dors was the guest on the episode broadcast on 17 February 1975 - which must surely be this. Happily, the master copy of that edition is held in the BFI National Archive.
