This movie honestly felt like such a love letter to the fans. I love Carl getting eaten by Carl the Cupcake. I love William going by the false names and taking an interest in Mike after seeing his last name. You can literally see the shift in his behavior once he realizes who Mike is. Vanessa being absolutely terrified of him but also not wanting to hurt him. The reveal of Springbonnie. Loved it. But the thing that interested me the most was the boy who represented Golden Freddy. The other spirits obey William. They have fun and are a bit mischievous but their anger is misguided and their memories of the man who did this to them are gone. But Golden Freddy speaks for the group, seems aware of everything, informs Mike of the man in the bunny suit being the one to take his brother, gives their Aunt the axe, tricks both Mike and Abby, manifests into the real world to get her there but also disappears when she goes to play with the others, and watches William writhing in agony at the end before shutting the door. It seems that they blended Micheal from the Silver Eyes trilogy(who was always more aware of what was going on than the other spirits) and Cassidy(in being a vengeful spirit who watches Afton suffer). Ultimately makes it feel like a much more fleshed out character. I truly loved this movie. MatPat, Cory, Balloon Boy. We got the cameos of a lifetime.

The ending song is a Community Fanmade Song from The Living Tombstone. Its quite literally been like almost a decade old community made song. The Living Tombstone is one of my favorite RUclipsr Songwriter. He makes amazing songs, this is my first reaction seeing the end credits song, I am so happy for Tombstone for making the movie. Because quite literally I babysat kids, and they LOVED that exact song. The kids listened to that song non-stop (kinda annoying), but its so fucking good to hear Tombstone.
You guys not knowing much about the lore yet being so happy and excited when the animatronics acted like children really made me happy! I’ve been into fnaf since it first came out and it was always a game I found to be really fun and jogged my interest, especially the dark lore about it. Seeing people who don’t have much knowledge see the animatronics as their childlike selves while slowly figuring out what happened to them, and why they have murderous intent to begin with was cool, thanks for the great reaction guys!

Can confirm from experience, night shifts can just be real eerie, especially if you're used to the place during its active hours. Used to work security for a retail chain, and sometimes had to do night shifts, and it just feels so ominous, even though I know the place is empty and I know my way around the whole building
My father was once a security guard aswell. But from a shopping mall, or something like that. And honestly given the fact he mostly does the night shift maybe he also did it back then. I'll ask him for his experiences, thanks for the idea
One theory about the cupcake is that he is the ghost girl's dog. We know that the little girl inside Chica was killed with her dog (that's actually how Afton lured her, she lost her dog and he said he found it) so we believe that might be the dog's ghost since it is always biting everyone and is always with Chica (his owner is inside her). It's just a theory, but I think it's kinda sweet 🥺
In the games her dog likely possessed mangle, but now in the movie where the cupcake was an actual (and probably biggest) threat its the one the dog possessed, i think i like the cupcake being the dog better

Cool reaction! As a fnaf guy I enjoyed it, but it being flop critic wise (Worst movie of the year type of shit) is sad to hear. It's 100% a fans movie and it'll be hard for the general public to get into why fnaf fans love it so much. A sequel is 99% coming btw since its doing so well box office wise! If you listen near the end of the credits you can hear the music box theme for the puppet, so it'll definitely be in 2.

I just watched it in the theater on Halloween! Definitely the best way I could have spent the day! Was it what I expected? Not exactly. Did I enjoy it? YES. I’ve waited so many years at this point, that the movie coming out at all was a gift. Blumhouse being behind it, Matthew Lillard playing a role, the RUclipsr cameos… Scott Cawthon truly brought the fans what they wanted in the end. :”)

I like that it was PG13 because my 8 year old was able to enjoy it and I had fun watching it and experiencing it with him. Also, LOVE the choice in having Matthew Lillard. And knowing what we know about the story, and his reveal, I don’t doubt we’ll be seeing a lot of him in the other films.
As someone who doesn't know anything about the games or lore...at least when i first watched this any way I really enjoyed it and thought that it was well put together considering the limits one has when doing pg13 movies. I found the fort scene so cute because it really shows that despite everything they have done these are still kids who want to find someone to play with and just be kids again. My experience with fnaf was watching yall play the game😅 I very much enjoyed the movie and would totes rewatch, I did think it was gonna be gorier but thats on me for not knowing the PG13 rating.
Even by FNAF’s standards, Max’s death was absolutely brutal. Even the crying child wasn’t bitten that bad.
I do wish it was just her head it would have made more physical sense that way while still remaining brutal

Word has said that he Signed up for 3 films, so we'll be seeing more of him in the suit in the future sequel.
