What an Organist, a pleasure to listen to.
What an absolutely wonderful masterpiece of music, I never stop thinking about the creative minds of these master of music, such inspiration they impart.
absolutely fantastic playing!
Complimenti John ! I am Italian and born with this music in my blood ! You played IT beautifully ! GRAZIE
Well done, John. This is what RUclips is all about - people recording themselves and then placing it on the public forum. You have more music in your little left finger than most of your critics have in their brains.
I dont mean to be offtopic but does anyone know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account??
I was stupid forgot my login password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Dominik Zaire Instablaster :)

Enjoyed the piece, thanks for posting. I follow serveral organist on uTube I can't say I always like everything they perform, but so much negativity at times, some are very cruel. Feel free to post your playing on uTube and give us a chance to response to it.
Could do with a third hand to turn the pages - Great job!
Великий музыкант !!!
Super Spitze
Великий органист , Великая музыка !
Dank
Великий ОРГАНИСТ ! ! !
Accettabile...
The pip Organ is like a proto-midi device.
Maybe, but then again their are some great sounding analog electromechanical & electronic organs as well. Like the Conn Classic models 800-821 vacuum tube organs. Listen to 'John Gart Organ on the March'. Is it an inferior sound? Surely not, but so many listeners expect huge reverberating pipes every time they hear an organ. Have a listen to 'Paul Mickelson at the Conn Classic'. Again, what is missing? Nothing! Don't know about you, but when I shut my eyes I go back 300 years. & YT>John Winters!
ПРАЗДНИК ВЕЛИКОЙ МУЗЫКИ !!!
Entry March of UGLQ - Australia
Super presentation of this famous Verdi march, John. Bravo again
I enjoyed the video. It never ceases to amaze me how people cant just leave a positive comment about the playing and music. Such a shame. Thanks, John !
se me muy dificil tocar eso
where are the tubes of that organ? This is pipe organ?
expecially when the organ has dozens of thousands of pipes xD
Way too fast on the actual march part. Please slow it down.
jdewitt77 you're wrong!

Strange choice of stops?
He plays well. Has to have music though. Typical Korean organist trained to use only the General piston for any and every stop change. They are not taught how to use a console like this. More the pity. It interesting to see him play other than baroque music - which is a result with the Korean fascination with German baroque instruments designed to play for Lutheran services in highly resonant building. With the rarest exceptions, Korean churches have no resonance at all. Drier than desert sand. Mr. Hong is pretty good. To bad he did not have a real pipe organ to play with.
Very nice playing enjoyed it very much! Hated the sound of the organ!
Sounds like something's a little off with that organ.
Allen organs are great, but live pipes are better.
In as much as I have nothing against the Organist (even there're some rough edges that need smoothening) I'd say the Organ is rather horrible! Allen Organs have really lost it. My Opinion though
Totally agree! I wondered why that reed sounded so bad and then I read the part where it's an Allen organ and then it made sense why the reed was so artificial sounding! It sounded like a car horn or something.
It reminds me of an Allen that was appallingly installed. Generally Allen organs are very good like all the other reputable makes. But if they have compromised on a proper installation this can be the result. A lot depends on the acoustics and whether a proper sound system has been installed or the organ just stuck in there. I think we have to be there and experience the organ in its enclosure (church) before we can judge the instrument itself. Also it sounds if the recording has been done with a cell phone
I own a large 3 manual Viscount which could be installed in a large church or Cathedral with an additional proper sound system . It would need a lot more than a console speaker. Of course in my home it is fine but I cannot expect it to sound like a Cathedral in a small room. But additional sound systems and speakers add considerably to the cost especially that the amplification and speakers are powerful enough to reproduce the bass and treble sounds.
A 'real organ' is not necessarily an organ that has pipes. The irony is that so many pipe purists who basically spit on the great Wurlitzer electrostatic reed organs ( NOT a reed sounding organ at all btw), Conn Classic 800-821 tube models, and a few early Allen and Baldwin models, are now behind many of the digital renditions of the worlds pipe organs. So a little debate goes on between 'real pipe' organs versus digital organs, but the organs that get a back seat that are REAL ANALOG ELECTRONIC
you did this very well, but i prefer the sound of the mounted bands of the household cavalry better
Yet again Mr. Hong too little use of the right foot.
Anyone else thinking of the ex-wife?
Too fast😡😡😡😡😡😡
ТОРЖЕСТВО ВЕЛИКОЙ МУЗЫКИ И ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЬСКОГО ИСКУССТВА !!!
He is not using the correct pedalling technique
did anyone bother to voice that organ? knowing what it's capable of sounding like makes me sad to hear this poor thing.
is it his playing? or the organ? whatever it is, this SUCKS to high heaven! for CRIPES sake find a good theatre organ to play this on... get that Carpenter kid to show you how it's done properly!
