I went to the basketball court that I usually visit yesterday. quite late at night, around 9 'o clock and there were so many people playing and fighting on the court. I barely found a court available for myself. It was quite amazing. I really didn't expect the courts to pack with so many people on a Saturday night.

I went to the gym yesterday, quite early in the morning, around 5 o'clock.
There were barly people there so I was able to use the equipments freely. I felt refreshed and better after exercise.
I have expected that if I stick to do exercise for a long time, I would be healthier and build muscles.
