I’m still undecided. The first time I wore it, I wasn’t impressed. The 2nd time, it did a little better. Trying it for the 3rd time today. I guess I’ll see how it goes. 🌻💛
Well, I am IN LOVE with that new ELF foundation, I'm a combo skin type and it works really great and it just looks BEAUTIFUL on my skin, already got another shade for the coming colder seasons ❤

I have normal mature skin and live in a dry climate. I have heard both good and bad reviews. I used this foundation with no primer in a thin layer applied with a sponge. It was a light medium coverage and it was beautiful on me. I have watched several different reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. It even lasted all day without breaking apart. I did set it with setting spray. I personally love this foundation, but it does oxidize to a slightly darker color.

I passed on this because I've not had luck with Elf complexion products in the past.
BUT...after revisiting reviews from you and other people, I recently bought the Nyx Bare With Me Blur foundation as a replacement for what I haf finished. And I'm really enjoying it! 😊 Also, I like how it works well with the Bare With Me concealer.

Oh no! I just bought a second shade of this because i had to purchase online and the shade i initially bought was way too pale even for me. But now I'm wondering if it's even worth having ordered the second shade. I hope I don't hate it. I do have pretty dry skin, so we will see.

Yeah I bought that foundation a couple of weeks ago and I really like it It stays on well and I'm combination skin
But now see I don't think it oxidized at all but.....
Definitely buy this one again now this is coming from someone who wears the Estee Lauder Double Wear 😊

I’m so glad you done this review we are shade twins and most of your recommendations work for me . I bought this foundation about two weeks ago in shade 40w and like you I have a olive undertone but color aside , multiple primers I just can’t get this foundation to work the way I would like it to , honestly I thought it was me lol and thank you for mentioning other drugstore foundations.
You know us olives have a hard time finding our shade but an even harder time at the drugstore! Thanks for sharing your review bc I feel the same!

Tried it with different primers, powders and setting spray. It will not stay on my nose and chin. Combo normal with an oily tzone.

Hi Heather! I’m sorry this foundation didn’t work for you! I do really like it, but I am fair to light, and I have normal skin. Even though I do like it, my favorite drugstore foundation is the Revlon Skin Caring foundation. I love your videos!

This foundation seems to have a lot of decent reviews but most people seem to say it does not last very long, so not exactly longwearing, however maybe for dry skin it might work better. I remember Robert Welsh also saying the same thing about the colour changing throughout the day. Personally I expect very less from drugstore foundations in general, so I saw this as just a good for the price kind of product, but I did like the ELF CC cream. I am very much a high end foundation person though, so will not be getting this.
I def know people love it but drugstore makeup has some amazing things so I can't get on board with the good "for the price" product anymore😫
