The now canceled Cherokee Trailhawk was a better package.

I just placed a custom order for the 24 Compass Trailhawk thru Military Auto Sales (which is a terrific program). I went with this vehicle because it checked all the blocks at a manageable price. 4WD (for severe weather and/or camping trips), the elite package for nice creature comforts (mainly the heated wheel and bucket seats with 8 axis adjustability, upgraded lights and adaptive cruise control), sun and sound package because I love sunroofs and jamming out. I basically wanted a vehicle with a little pep, adaptability to adverse driving conditions, a few modern luxuries, and a style that appeals to me (including the white paint with black and red decals). Looking forward to installing an aftermarket roof rack, front/rear dash cameras and an anti-theft tracker. All that drip checked every block at the mid-spec price of a Grand Cherokee or entry level Bronco (which were the only other vehicles I was considering -yes I’m aware they’re vastly different).
Thanks for your reviews. They helped me decide. Cheers

I was NOT in the market to buy another car however when I had to use the trail hawk for a rental….i loved it. I have been looking online now, they are hard to find with the options I’m looking for. I like it.

I leased a '21 Renegade Trailhawk. I liked it at first, fully loaded, upgraded stereo, full panoramic roof, paid a little over $34k new. Aside from all of the normal Renegade electrical issues (had 7 warranty service issues before 7000 miles). The final straw was when two components in the front suspension broke when driving on a snow-covered road. I couldn't believe it...the furthest I took that Renegade off road was my front yard to wash it. It only had 8500 miles and I had it for 8 months. And during the height of the parts shortages in 2021, the suspension components that needed to be replaced were on backorder for an undetermined amount of time. I took it back to the dealer and told them to do whatever they could to get me out of that lease. With the inflated used car values, I was able to get into a '22 Durango (which my wife still drives today). Just because it says "Trailhawk" doesn't mean that it has Wrangler capabilities. Buyer beware on the smaller Jeeps...there will never be another in my driveway.

With all due respect, how do you even proof your title with the car sitting still and driven on pavements?

$40,000 for a vehicle that should sell for $30,000. Just. Plain. Stupid.

    Its cool looking
    It's different
    Its unique
Its not typical bland copy & paste cross over bs
but its a Jeep therefore its built like crap wont last the duration of your car payments guaranteed to spend more time at Jeep dealership than on the road warranty warranty
Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Fiat = LEMONS 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋

If only it had Toyota’s reliability, it would be world class fabulous.
Because it really is gorgeous, and THAT’S what makes things so very sad.
