I’m not sure who’s going to read this but I had really bad anxiety with dizziness and was lightheaded. I would worry about it everyday for months. Eventually I figured out what helped me the most, I had to recognize it’s anxiety. Once I let go and let it be, it eventually went away. I’m writing this to give you hope because it will go away eventually😁👍🏽

How did you accept it was the anxiety causing the dizziness? Because I definitely UNDERSTAND the two are related, but I can’t seem to let it go and be calm about it.

@@jennameese8738 I just stopped fighting it and let it run its course. I think worrying and fighting it makes it worse. Trust me I know it sucks right now but it will go away.

Dear Jim, i feel like i cant keep up with what i am seeing. Like my brain cant process things as fast as it should. When moving or other stuff moving around me, it feels like there is a microsecond delay before it catch up in my brain. This makes me feel reilly off all the time. I do everything. But i am having doubts about should i do everything? Like, when i take my kids to school on a bike, it feels so weird. But still i do it...should i wait with these challenging stuff untill i feel less weird? Or just go on...
I also have all these other stuff i already asked you about.. (eye issues and chronic balance, diziness sensations)... dont know how to proceed. Go on? And do everything although it feels so weird?😔

If you aren't a member of our Recovery Support area, I'd encourage you to become a member and learn about anxiety and what to do. That can make a big difference. Regarding your symptoms, I had them, too, and know how annoying they can be. They all subsided as I addressed my stress. It takes time, though. In the meantime, carry on with life as best you can and learn to tolerate the symptoms. They will subside in time.

Hello Sir, ive been watching your videos for a while. I can say that you provide the best absolute information you can find about anxiety, and anxiety sufferers. I have a question id like to ask you.
i had any symtpom you can possibly imagine, even without feeling anxious. Some come new, others linger, some go. Ive been to 2 cardiologists multiple times and they told me there is nothing wrong with my heart.
Can you, as a 17 year old male healthy with a healthy weight (somewhat skinny) have hypertension? I never smoked or drank anything my entire life but my blood pressure sometimes goes up without feeling anxious (especially the diastolic) and without physical excertion to raise it.I never had high blood pressure before although i get good readings when i measure it but most are -elevated-high, have i become hyperstimulated from anxiety? Especially since i had it for 2 years. If you can answer this it would be really helpful to me in overcoming this.

I guess i could need some extra help to reduce stress.
1 more thing!! I have looked at the list with eye symptoms and 1 thing i cant find! I hope you can tell me if this is also a well known symptom😅
My eyes are very sensitive now (after long time anxiety & pppd), when i am outside moving, especially when going more fast (like a bike), after a while i feel like there is so much :"pressure" feelings behind my eyes! Like IN the space behind my eyes to my brain or something like this..
I feels really weird and annoying. After sitting a while (at home) most pressire subsides. But every time it comes back...also when walking. But not that much when driving my car🤔
Hoping you recognise this or maybe explain a bit😅😅😅
