When I heard I got accepted into medical school, the first person I wanted to tell, after my wife, was my dad…
He has always wanted me to go to medical school… but I didn’t always have the same aspirations.
I knew that if I was ever going to go through the rigorous process of getting into medical school, doing it just to please my dad was not going to work.
Thankfully, I came to a place where I actually wanted to go to medical school for myself.. so I applied, and by God’s grace I was accepted!
