Thx Bethany! I’m inspired now to gut my boys old bedroom, now guest bedroom, into MY art studio. They are adults now…and rarely come home to visit. 😢 So it’s Okay if I only keep a twin bed in a corner, and the rest of the room can be ALL MINE! Yes indeed! 👍🙏🏻🖌👩🏻🎨🎈🥁🙏🏻. Messy Mendy. Oh yeah… I AM IN LOVE WITH YOUR ART! You are awesome girl.
how GREAT to see your studio again, Bethany. It is a great reminder that it's not how much space you have -- it's how you use it, and most important THAT IT IS USED OFTEN AND JOYFULLY!!! I will try to cease and desist from studio envy, when I hear of people having an entire basement that's heated/cooled, with water, and excellent lighting and lots of room....my tiny spare bedroom is just fine....thanks for reminding me of that!
Oh, this was just what I needed tonight! Thank you for showing us your studio space and emphasising the importance of making the space feel special and sacred.
This has been so helpful! I am by nature not an organized person but I too am blessed with a studio. (I only have 2 rooms and one is the studio.). I will review this video as I get things set up. Thanks Bethany. I’m also going to join the Patreon page soon.
Your studio is lovely, thank you for sharing it w/us. Do you have a video on creating new pastels from dust? I looked through your other videos & did not find one.
I would suggest you make better use of those empty drawers. You can pull them out when you wanna use the pastels and put them back when you are done. I keep all my pastel sets in the boxes they came in. Sometimes I pull them out and spread them on my table beside my drawing board. That way I can look at them and pick out the ones I will use with the rest handy if needed.

Both of your grandmothers and their energy, creativity, loveliness, and delight are in and around you.

Yay!
Your paintings are beautiful, you are an artist as beautiful as your paintings.
Thank you so much 😀
Thanks for posting this. I also have a small home studio, and feel lucky to have that space!
Beautiful video! 🤩🤩😘

I enjoyed this very much. And if the photo on your work desk was your grandmother, she is quite lovely.

Love you artwork. Who inspired you when you were first learning?
Where do you get open stock with Nupastels? I can't find open stock.
