Zero to final Strong medicine Dirty medicine Ninja nerd Dr.Najeeb Greeky and some few other are the open medical school for us. I don't have words to thank you guys how you made easy our med school . Thank you so much , stay safe, healthy, god bless. Hope to see you and greet face to face someday 😁🙏
Want to say a massive thanks to you Tom, your materials really are massively helpful. Genuinely appreciate the work you put in, it really shows in the end product! Wish you every success in the future; you're doing medical students a huge favour with your work sir.
Gosh, this sounds quite arduous. The website and these videos have helped me with anxiety during med school. For instance, getting a headstart using ZTF before beginning each block, certainly makes the content feel less overwhelming. Keep up the good work! It's very much appreciated.
I've only just come across your personal channel and WOW I am mindblown at how many steps there are in making the zero to finals videos. The illustrations are also amazing - I never knew they were hand drawn. Thank you so much for the hard work. Zero to finals is my number 1 revision resource! ☺
i've got my 3rd yr finals starting tomorrow and just came across this after moths of using zero to finals and I honestly can't thank you enough! All my friends use and recommend it and i can't wait to see everything you've got planned😊 100% my favourite medical resource rn!!!
Hi Tom, i haven't even watched this video yet, but all I want to say is a HUGE THANK YOU! I am a doctor myself and found you on Spotify when one of my consultants suggested listening to podcasts while commuting as I have no time to revise at home with the kids. It really helped me re-learn long forgotten topics and the best thing is when I encounter a relevant case at work I can quickly navigate in your page and find what I want as if I already read it. The rest is really filling the gaps with more advanced knowledge but what really matters is to know the basics. In this way it really sticks with me and after recently having gone though the whole medical topics I feel more confident than ever. I have shared your podcasts with tons of colleagues, especially the more junior ones as it is a great way of putting things together whiout getting overwhelmed. Your patients are so lucky!
I really appreciated your effort you have put into the videos!!!! I am a nursing student and my sister is studying to become a medical student, she is only in college but I have bought your book the one about medicine and we both find it really useful!!!
Hi from Hong Kong! Just tumbled upon your ZTF videos and podcasts when researching Glaucoma! Love the efforts. I am impressed you were doing your own illustrations! This video offers extremely practical tips! Now I want to make my videos haha Keep it up.
Good idea. The summary is spending hours looking through guidelines and review papers, with some help from textbooks and online sources that summarise the topic. A great way to get a quick overview of a topic is to type "[topic] review paper" into Google, for example "prostate cancer review paper". The introduction section of the paper will be a peer-reviewed summary with reliable information.
Thank u very much this is a lot of hard work and time consuming process that in the end is very useful for us student. Your work is very appreciated and very important thank you again
Very helpful, thank you! I am also planning to document my journey to becoming a Radiology specialist. I realized making vlogs is not so much my thing but making videos about knowledge/radiology is. So I will try and draw my way into more knowledge :) Ipad in the post, I just need to figure out the steps. So thank you for sharing your knowledge! By the way, I subscribed :)
Hey Tom my name is Richard I did your cardiology questions. Do a video to show the marks you should get to know that you have mastered topics please help me on this one ✌🏾
sir just a suggestion for reducing time for overall process of video making buy wacom graphic tablet so you can directly draw on pc and use screen recording software (OBS/CAMTASIA) along with mic connected (if want seprate auido recording do record in audacity /garage band. overall it will shorten overall time .
Hey Tom - I've got a way that may massively speed up your production time. As you can imagine, it's quite difficult to explain via a comment - could we organise a 10-15min call over Zoom so I could explain? It takes no extra equipment at all - thanks again for all your useful videos and your book has been an excellent help for ward-based studies.
@@TomWatchman Sure - involves using Keynote and presentation recording alongside using Audacity for voice overs in a more optimal way to reduce the need for editing

Hello i suggest you make a video about sources of medical information
Love your videos! Am wondering what whiteboard program you use for drawing and recording your videos?
Thanks! I use procreate. You can find full details of the process here: ruclips.net/video/0PzzCfptWHs/видео.html
You're a jack of all trades
Haha thanks. I think of it as being a generalist. That's why I became a GP.
I really need this book , but i can't order it or getting it online even kindle edition not exist in my country
How to write a script ❓️❓️

Sounds interesting. Can you give me a brief idea of what it would involve?

@@Clinical-Flow ah I understand. Yes, it would be way quicker but I wouldn't be able to get the same illustrated writing effect
@@TomWatchman I thought the very same, yet there is an animation called ‘line draw’ which has the same effect 👍
@@Clinical-Flow ooh I'll check it out, thanks!
How can i buy your medicine book
You can find it on amazon - simply search "zero to finals". If you get, I really hope you love it!
