- You might know him as Kim Kardashian's loyal makeup artist. Maybe you know him as @MakeupByMario on Instagram. Or maybe you know Mario Dedivanovic as the man behind our modern obsession with highlighting and contouring. Arguably one of the biggest and most influential makeup artists of all time, Dedivanovic has spent decades delicately painting the faces of celebrities and then turning around and teaching all of us how to recreate the look through tutorials and his global Masterclass series. So you can imagine that his personal makeup collection is...large. Very, very large.
In this episode of #TheBeautyShow, Dedivanovic let BAZAAR visit his New York City home to get a tour of his beauty stash-including his makeup closet, cologne collection, Yeezy shoe wall, and medicine cabinet. But his stash of products is so big that it actually starts in a storage room, where thousands of items are sent to him every month from beauty brands all over the globe. It's there that they're sorted and organized by his assistants, and only the essential products for his kit come home with him.

For someone with so much access to amazing expensive products and big name celebrities, he seems like someone to genuinely care and listen to conversations from anyone! Loved this!
He seems so nice and down to earth, and the way he complimented her eyes while doing her makeup shows how much of a gentleman he is. Sidenote : I cannot, and I mean I CANNOT get over Jenna's perfect skin. She's absolutely flawless like a porcelain doll. Girl, we need your tricks!
Lisa Isabelle omg best compliment ever!!! I stay out of the sun at all costs (my mom had melanoma) and wear SPF 40 every day. Prescription retinol and aczone totally cleared up my skin and made the texture so even but it still gets a little dry. You just have to be sure to really stick with it and use it often and it can be a little pricey.
You did such an amazing job with this interview. I LOVED it. Keep up the good work. Hope to see more soon!

No way, I would guess that he appreciates that Kim helped put his name in lights, then the palette he used on her, being a great make up artist, I'm sure he was proud to get that job from that name. I'm sure he respects it. He seem to respects his roots and the people he worked with along the way.

For example: Kim is originally known as Paris Hilton’s closet-maid, and that is her roots. I don’t see Kim going around mentioning that at all.. nor has she ever.

Actually she was feeling thirsty and needed to grab something. Makeup products were the closest things to Mario. It was thirst.
It is irritating, yes, but I think she also does this so she could show the products to the camera. Because she is holding them in that good angle so people can see the products and brands Mario uses.

Idk, I think a lot of people have a bad reaction to it because they know _they_ would be annoyed or stressed out - and understandably so - if someone was grabbing or touching _their_ makeup or personal items without explicit permission. It may be that the producers asked her to do that, and it may not be a huge deal, but it doesn't make it any easier to watch.

What a perfect fit for this job. I love how the interviewer constantly knew what he was talking about, it felt so genuine!! She’s obviously very in love with the make up world, as are most of us 🤪

It's bc eastern european are much more conservative in culture and traditiobs than ppl from other parts of europe. Ppl still use the type of cradles like in antiquity and that's why the head is "weird" shaped. It's not that "weird", it's just much straighter in the back and some have also longer faces. Duing a young age the skull is still "soft" and flexible.
Indigenous ppl in America for example also did (still do) this.

That was so uncomfortable to watch! She does not pay attention to social cues. He looked uncomfortable when she was grabbing at all of his items. I believe he agreed to show and tour but I am sure he did not agree to her touching and grabbing his products. She could have said can you show the camera that way she wouldn't have to touch his collection all throughout.

Loved how you guys planned out this video and the host is so cute. You kept it interesting by walking around showing his collection and then routines and his space and finally a little tutorial, you kept it interesting and it is beautifully filmed and edited. Mario is such an inspiration.

Emily A The Koh Gen Do foundation is amazing! Looks so natural and flawless, it's medium coverage and has a luminous finish. It's not heavy or cakey and has decent coverage to even out your skin. I'd recommend it if you have dry or normal skin with minimal skin issues. If you have oily skin/problematic skin with a lot of acne and hyper-pigmentation, this foundation maybe too dewy for you and won't cover the skin issues that well. I haven't tried the Laura Mercier concealer, but I'm definitely purchasing it after watching Mario raving about it.

I am Bosnian, and I can absolutely vouch for the weird shaped heads in Eastern Europeans haha! He is so down to earth and charming.
It's bc eastern european still have these cradles (idk how you call them in Bosnian, but it's called "djep" in Albanian). You tie the children so it cannot fall off from the craddle. And since the child is always in the same position; on the back; the skull of babies is very soft and flexible: the shape of the head will become flater than ususal.
But the weird shaped head part made me laugh so hard tho 😂😂😂 it's very true
