  • Thanks to Yousef Noori, I'm eating #LambHaneeth for the first time today. When you donate, you pick where I eat. This is #YemeniFood and I couldn't be more excited to try it. #Yemen is a country I haven't eaten much food from, so let's give this a go. #SeansFirstTimeEating #Yemeni

In my career as a labor and delivery RN, I’ve taken care of many Yemeni women and families. They are all completely precious. I will forever be thankful for the people and cultures I’ve been blessed to encounter. 🌺🌺🌺

Sean, for some reason I am compelled to develop a relationship with you, Aly , Sean and his wife. I hope you don’t mind my intrusion into your life. Love all of you always. 🌺🌺🌺. We were able to spend an amazing Christmas with our children and grandchildren. It was so precious. So thankful for the direction God leads us.

I can tell you exactly where Yemen is. I sat off its coast for almost 4 months after the USS Cole was attacked in its port. Go visit and tell me how much fun you have there.

I have an occasional lamb sandwich but nothing like that. That looked so delicious. I'm going to search that out. Merry Christmas to you Sean and all your loved ones. Thank you for the gifts you give all year around.

America has the best foods because we have all ethnicities. Try getting good tacos in Norway or good pizza in Japan

I try to like lamb. It's good for a while but I eventually always bite into a gamey tasting piece that grosses me out.

Yeah, it’s normally not prepared well like this. Yemeni cuisine cooks it so it doesn’t taste gamey.

Oh yeah. That would be scarfed immediately. Love that long grain rice too.

That lamb looked great, but I'm glad you shouted out that rice! The middle east and south east Asia do rice justice! I'm assuming it was basmati?

    Happy Xmas Sean and Aly!
Lamb is the best meat to eat! I've never had Yemenese food but I did go to a Xmas party with an old firm in DC where it was eat with your hands. There is a whole world of food that stems from the Middle East.
You should try a roast leg of lamb, roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, boiled cabbage and boiled swede with butter (aka rutabaga in the US). You have to find Colemans or Cross and Blackwell mint sauce to go with it. It is sublime!
