Fresh out of high school, I purchased a Yusuf Ali translation of القران. Literally only read a few pages. Fast-forward about 20 years, and I read it cover to cover during Ramadhan. Three months later, I said my Shahada.
May Allah keep you and us on the straight path. Welcome to Islam brother!

This person really epitomizes Christianity. Argument from emotions. Vague dreams. Running away from the Bible. And an aversion to critical thinking.
I am just amazed he was able to convince himself that this response was worth recording and posting. SubhnaAllah.
👏👏
He is basically saying, Islam has a convincing evidence but Christianity doesn't, it's just a pile of emotions, blind faith and a guess.
This is one of his “strong” arguments…. lol.
The guy is so jealous that muslims actually read their scripture 😂
lmao yeah, i mean many of em paulians dont even read no bible which is kinda hilarious
Sadly So many Muslims now a days don’t realise the treasure of the Quran. Some don’t even bother to read it and most of us read with out learning the meaning. Imagine how much better we would be if we all understood the meaning.
Upon my first reading of the English translation of Quran I knew it was the truth.I randomly opened it to the chapter called The Believers verse.52-54..pure tawheed. I was in the college library last year as a history major And that verse struck me It's the story of my life being raised Irish Catholic in Boston my dad would never allow us to associate with anyone who wasnt an Irish Catholic.
Over the next few years of masters degree and then PhD I still kept reading it when I had the chance away from the rigors of my studies. From the outset I absolutely believed every word but was reluctant to change my outward habits and appearance.
It was when I witnessed my dad's death That I knew I couldn't escape and formally converted. That was 40 years ago. I never knew any Muslims It was just the effect of Allahs words on my heart.
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍
Islam, unlike all the false religions, speaks both to logic and emotions.
Best arguments from Christian’s
“Jesus died for your sins”
“Jesus loves you”
“I saw Jesus in my sleep” lol
People who read the bible leave Christianity.
Well proof that guys who study and understand Christianity leave, is Bart Erhman. Christianity made him atheist, after studying the Bible and depth from text both in Greek and Hebrew and history He was convinced there is no god.
It is shocking to me that he uses this to defend his case. He believes mind and reason are wortless and emotions, which are mostly conditional, highly personal and sometimes even misleading are the main guide. That's why religious people are often seen as stupid or even delusional.
SubhanaAllah. I love br Saajid Lipham. Beautifully said.
Me too❤

As salaamu alaikum wa rahman tu Allahi wa barakatu Alhamdulililahi ..
Well said ahk 🤲🤲🤲☝️
I wanted to know if the guy ever wondered why it's the reason why no one actually thinks christianity is a legit thing after reading the bible sensibly
Many ex Muslims also say the same thing I don't know what you are on about.
Are u an ex muslim
i was raised catholic and around the 9th grade of catholic school i realized they weren't teaching us the whole bible only select verses repeated year after year. so i decided to read the whole thing on my own and after that i was like this stuff makes no sense.
Emotional people without guidance are those who strive in the path of satan while thinking that they are the guided ones
This is because the Quran speaks to people's minds and lets people think and contemplate not like any other books. The Bible was once like that, but unfortunately, after the Roman has falsified it, adding and omitting some parts of it, it becomes like any book.
Mushrooms give you personal emotional Experience. Islam help you steer your emotions, it’s true in your heart and core, it is beyond emotional. It is stabil, strenghtening, motivational. Muslims have Real personal bond with Allah, your Lord and our Lord.
JazakAllah khyar brother Saajid.
Alhamdulillah may Allah raise you further.

I'm muslim Indonesia, I hear a lot of stories that ppl in "spiritual journey" meet someone with white cloth etc, or bad ppl they got accident then they re suddenly became so wise and so "Muslim" we know why...I can feel them
but If non muslim ask this I never tell them these stories
Good 👍 talk brother.
Very good

All praise due to Allāh swt, exalted above what they associate with him.
So his argument for Christianity is that “God’s words” in the Bible are not moving enough for people to convert….but rather they are moved by emotion. And his argument against Islam is that God’s word in the Quran are sufficient enough to reconvert people? Indeed! Alhamdulillah!
I honestly want to TikTok to hear some of this guys “arguments”…they are just as ridiculous as this argument. He thinks because his voice sounds confident, his arguments then are compelling…but slight contemplation can refute him.
If we start making judgements in our lives based on our emotions then only God knows where we will go and what path we will choose.
"Revert" sounds better 💖
It should be convert because children do not submit to Allah, but rather they believe by their fitra. It is only when you start submitting to Allah that you are a Muslim.
A reversion is still a conversation.
As a convert. Convert sounds much better to me.
Ultimately it doesn't matter. As long as you accept Islam.
I do tire of the "you should call yourself revert" comments. It gets really annoying.
@@darartu23 didn’t the prophet saws say that every human is born a Muslim
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatu
In Al Ar'af towards the end of the surah
Allah talks about how he asked humans "Am I not your Lord?" before they came to this dunya and they testified. This means everybody in this world was Muslim at some point.
Allahu Akbar (Arabic: الله أكبر)
God almighty all knowing wants us to read to seek knowledge he is worshipped with knowledge
Allah said: And we (angels) descend not except by the Command of your Lord (O Muhammad sallullahu alaihi wassullam), To Him belongs what is before us and what is behind us, and what is between those two, and your Lord is never forgetful. (Qur'an Surah 19 Verse 64) Translated by Al-Hillali and Muhsin khan. (The Noble Qur'an) Published by sajed munir.
Sure Muslim convert stories are emotional. But you will ALWAYS find that somehow somewhere, Islam fixes their lives, some sort of issue, some reason why that person was looking for God. That’ll always be there, no matter where u r from.
Most of the time who is most God - Conscious ( Taqwa )? I guess it's a revert Muslim.Mashallah.
"We are a people whom God has honored with Islam, but if we seek glory in something else, God has humiliated us" Omar bin al-Khattab
This is obvious right now
Jesus prayed like Muslims.
Matthew 26:39
He went on a little farther and bowed with his face to the ground, praying, “My Father! If it is possible, let this cup of suffering be taken away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.”
He called God
ʼElāh (אלה), but its emphatic state is ʼElāhā (אלהא). It is written as ܐܠܗܐ (ʼĔlāhā) in Biblical Aramaic and ܐܲܠܵܗܵܐ (ʼAlāhā) in Syriac, both meaning simply "God".
Yet I want your will to be done, not mine
You can’t imagine how much submission, trust, and belief are in those lines. And christians saying , “God let them crucify him but he didn't he didn't
Quran 3.67
Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian; he submitted in all uprightness and was not a polytheist.
What did Jesus say? ‘Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.’”
And a pure example is Abraham (pbuh). He submitted, trusted, and believed.
He submitted his will to God and left Hagar and Ishmael in the desert. He trusted his Lord when asked to sacrifice his son as a test of his devotion. Despite his deep love for his son, Ibrahim (AS) dutifully obeyed God’s command. His submission, trust, and belief were that high.

Most people in the america went to school. To read books. Because such people don't like listening to those who remember while they got voices and music and emotions bubbling on the brain.
When people read the Quran they embrace Islam, when people chase emotions and dreams they end up believing 3=1
1x1x1x1=1
“They say, "Be Jews or Christians so] you will be guided." Say,
"Rather, [we follow] the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth, and he was not of the polytheists.”- (Quran 21:135)
(Deutoronomy 30:16) “And the Lord said to Moses: “You are going to rest with your ancestors, and these people will soon prostitute themselves to the foreign gods of the land they are entering. They will forsake me and break the covenant I made with them.”

Yes even x1000 times if needed when trying to spread the Truth, i dont see how that's a problem
Wow what does that say, if simply reading the Quran makes ppl believe. There’s obviously have to be something there
80% people who convert to Islam leave within 5 years.
What's wrong with reading it hahaha
Muslims never lose hope
MashaAllaah. Well replied.
But without quran there is no guidance my answer to the black brother
Read the bible without being a judge and Holy spirit will guide you
I have yet to see a single Christian being guided properly.
what are we judging with?
so you're essentially asking us to "read" as long as we are willing to toss out all of our critical thinking skills as well as our ability to challenge the bible with reason?
hard pass

Christian Responded to Why I Embraced Islam. Christian Responded to Why I Embraced Islam
Why you repeated 🤨
The concept of God in Islam differs from the concept of God in judeo-christian traditions, although we believe in the same God worshipped by Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed. We Muslims believe that God is Almighty, the Lord and the Creator of heavens and earth, the Sustainer of everything, the Ever-Living, the All-knowing, Self-Sufficient, All Forgiving, the most Merciful. In the Bible, Almighty God regrets, wrestles with human, gets tired, praises a prophet for walking naked in front of his daughters, women and men for 3 years, asks his prophets to eat human poop, etc... We believe that God Almighty is the most Powerful, but God doesn't do ungodly things, God doesn't have a wife, parents, kids, uncles, grandparents. God Almighty can not die or become a monkey or a cockroach or a woman or a man. God can't be unjust or stupid or ignorant. God Almighty can't commit suicide, steal or rape. God Almighty does things that befits his majestic and might.
This is the difference between the concept of God Almighty between Islam and the Bible. But we believe that the Prophets told us the truth about God. The books and the messages got corrupted, but the original messages were the same.
I'm Christian and I laughed at your reply. God does not regret anything. Keep in mind Hebrew is a very hard language to translate so some sentences may appear funny. The word regret is used loosely even in the English Quran some lines like Allah prays is there because these ancient languages are very hard to translate. God does not get tired to rest does not mean to get tired so idk what you are on about. A child seeing his parent naked is a cures just like in the case of Noah. The concept of death is not spiritual death but the physical body that dies.
