It was a defense-led game, with neither QB passing for more than 222 yards on the night. Duke QB Riley Leonard finished with 222 total yards and a passing touchdown in the loss.

The fake punt reminded Duke that they were still Duke.

This was such a poorly called game. The ACC Refer's trying to take this game from Notre Dame. Duke's Offensive Line was holding all night long and the Referees were "NOT" calling a thing! Number 63 almost ripped the shirt off of the defender and the referee didn't call a thing. Duke didn't even get a call against them until 30 seconds left at the end of the 3rd quarter, you have got to be kidding me! Picking up Pass Interference Calls, overturning the Punt down at the One (1) yard line on instant replay on a play that was "NOT" reviewable; give me a break! So, no I don't agree that Duke could have Won this game; if the Referees don't try to hand the game to Duke, it wouldn't have even been as close to begin with.
I like Duke's Quarterback, I've watched him play three (3) games, and I love the way that he plays, and I hope that he doesn't have to miss not one game from that injury, the guy is a flat-out baller! Duke has a bye week, hopefully, they can get that ankle worked on.
This game is played anywhere else besides at Duke, they get thrashed! I do hope that Duke goes on to Win all the rest of their games because they are a good well Coached Team.

If Duke had a kicker they win this game

    • @tonyevans63

🤣🤣🤣How? For starters Notre Dame's kicker missed a field goal too! Also, even if Duke's kicker made both field goals they still lose 21-20! Not to mention, Notre Dame had their big emotional game and heart breaker the week before against Ohio State. So, you got an emotionally wore down version of Notre Dame, who played a bad game at Duke and you still lost at home! Keep dreaming! Oh and we got your quarterback too!

@@TylerEubank They still beat Duke on the road! Yes, we will stay Independent, so we can continue being the biggest brand on the planet in college football. Have our own station on NBC and make great money as a University! Notre Dame stays Independent because they can and be successful at it, unlike so many other programs, like Texas who tried to do it and failed. Notre Dame doesn't need to join a conference. They respect tradition and they are smart! It is best for the program and best for business! You can sit back and let your jealousy and hate consume you about a game that happened a year ago, or you can Repent and move on! I am looking forward to this coming football season this year, with a very good football team and I will enjoy watching Notre Dame football this season with Riley Leonard at the helm! Time to win a championship! Go Irish! God Bless!

On the Notre Dame Two (2) Point Conversion, Notre Dame ran a play right? How come the play clock never moved? The same 31 seconds after the touchdown run by Esitme.

Those refs really screwed Minnesota hard on what should have been a scoop and score. Total BS. Refs are supposed to err on the side of fumble if it's remotely close. If it turns out not to be a fumble, they can overturn it and give the ball back. They can't overturn a whistle blowing the play dead. The Vikings battled through it though and came out on top. Nicely done. Great comeback.

@@madcow5000 really bad calls! Duke does "NOT" get a call against them until 31 seconds left to go in the 3rd Quarter, and that was only because the Duke player assaulted the Notre Dame defender in front of the middle of the field where everybody could see it and they couldn't hid it.
