Weak babies seems to be a world wide problem these days. When I was a baby, we'd have to dig an outhouse, re-shingle the roof, gather up a an acre of potatoes and walk 8 miles to get water then carry it home (up hill both ways I might add) before we left for our 12 hour shift in the salt mines. These lazy modern babies need to start carrying their own weight.
This was a short and simple yet great and packed episode! Not only we get to learn about how different countries feed their babies but also how the Tribal team think about raising their children 💕
I didn’t realize how differen’t baby food is around the world. In Finland. We feed babies potato and carrot puree first and porridge. Rice comes a bit later but I think at least half of the foods babies eat have potatoes in it.
This is so sweet. In today's mad World these people and your channel spread cheer and joy These are innocent good people. Best wishes and love from India.
Vermicelli soup for Mexican babies? Nah! That's for older kids, like toddlers. Babies are fed pureed rice, fruits like cooked apple or banana, cooked vegetables like carrot or potato. No spices, salt or sugar added.
In mexico we do feed babies soup, But not as an alternative to milk Its usually for kids 6+ months old, sometimes even without the noodles, just the broth
Idk, my cat was sick and not eating. The vet said I could try some meat puree baby food. When I started reading labels I was shocked at how many are mostly corn starch and water
@@woodstream6137 Growing up in the 1960s, there was a recipe on the back of the Argo cornstarch box to make babyfood by cooking milk with cornstarch to thicken it. Guess vitamins etc weren't important according to the manufacturer!
Every few months I still like to put some Farleys Rusks in a mug and pour enough milk on them to make them soft, then I'll get a teaspoon and feed them to myself. OMG. The. Best.
In England we have Farley's Rusk which is for babies, but I still occasionally buy them for myself, and have them with milk.it's something of a guilty pleasure.
That was a lovely video! So cute how the played with the dolls and explained about baby foods. But please be careful, honey is actually dangerous for children under about 1 year and can cause infant botulism. Their body has not yet developed what it needs to process honey. Some doctors actually warn that this could be the reason for unexplained children's deaths. I would definitely wait until they are about 18 months, before I gave them honey to eat, to be on the safe side.
They are not talking about a newborn. usually here in india, there's a ritual where you make the taste child every flavour of food in a very small amount.
@@MsAngelique True! At the same time a huge number of population in India did taste honey as baby and are doing fine, including me. So I don't understand why it was considered dangerous when there was no cases of danger reported till now. Also it's litrally not feeding spoons of honey, it's more like tasting, they put a drop on their pinky finger give the baby for taste.
Baby food isn't mixed will mama like it. Its whatever it is and usually that's all it is. No salt no spices no flavor. Lol. Mama: after having one bite a child won't eat more. Lol. That's funny. He didn't like Chinese baby food. I'm rolling.
I thought this was gonna be the ones in jars but homemade is always better! Animal products like honey and ghee and milk aren’t good for them or the bees and cows or the planet or any though, and that’s stuff for older babies who can have solids so not exactly baby food, more like toddler food :p “Give dry fruit to the kids to make them smart” yess, fruits and veggies and legumes, pulses, grains, nuts, etc are a smart choice that’s good for all and makes everyone smarter too! “If you feel the kids unhealthy food they’ll get fat when they grow up” I mean, most food is good, unlike animal products, but exactly but not just fat, sick and dead and worse too and not just when they grow up but right away. And not to mention how bad it is for the nonhuman animals and the planet. “Giving good food to the kids will make them happy and healthy” and save countless lives and the world and make the world and everything better too! So let’s all remember that and eat and give actual food not nonhuman animal products!😊 And that’s what he’s saying too, “if you do wrong then they’ll follow you, it’s better to treat the, right so they learn to treat others right”! Completely agreed and so true! So switch to actual food and NEVER abuse them (hitting or insulting/belittling/berating/etc them), there’s no excuse for any of that! We all need to use our hearts and brains and be respectful and kind to all! Or this planet and all life thereon won’t be around for much longer! It cannot the way it’s going!
Great idea I never knew people around the world has different babies food, please let your guests express themselves more, let them say negative opinions too.
Kichri is not an Indian food. We, in Pakistan also eat this. Infact when we have stomach issues we eat only khichri. Also, in Pakistan when a child is born it's first food is honey, I was also fed with honey and so everyone around me. Please proudly acknowledge your own custums and traditions before any other country and its culture
hahaha the comment about weak babies being unable to lift heavy cement stacks had me rolling in laughter!!!

Mustafa with the baby doll was the best thing I’ve seen all day!! 💕
I hope they let him take it home!
This was a great simple episode. It was good to hear the men acknowledge helping their wives when they were sick
Oh, Mama! Loved how he said you can't be angry when looking at a baby!!! Love your precious wisdom.
Watching Mustafa with the doll made my day!
I love the way their playful side comes out.
I’ve never even considered what other people groups feed their babies. Thank you for this.

I really enjoyed the personal stories about their own childhoods and families that this episode brought out! Very heartwarming.

So cute! Even the cutlery used are for infant 😃😃
They're all so adorable .
WOW, glad y'all came up with this. Have you tried giving them jar baby food?
This was a great episode, just what I needed today...something as simple as baby food!

Honey is not given to children routinely. Just a little honey is given to them immediately after birth.
My family's big secret is that I'm still addicted to a baby cereal called Cerelac😬
You're not the only one 😂
Holy cow , I used to love cerelac when i was little
Im 24 but still crave cerelac
Naseeba makes me laugh every time
They were all so cute with the baby! I am glad they were all good sports! I loved this one! ❤️😄👏
I actually puked a bit at banana milk green beans. Thats ....I don't even have a word for a food crime like that... food felony?
😂
Cuisine crime lol
Don't knock it 'til you've tried it.
Side note, don’t feed honey to newborn babies, I think around 1 yr old is when it’s more safe!!
Its just a drop given to them
@@cherp5837 Still bad for them.
it trained them for the next upcoming India streetfood 😂
@@MsAngelique how?
2:30 🤔 The first thing I tasted something sour i guess , my parents say that 😂😂 and now I can see myself cracking jokes everywhere .
I've been away a while. It makes me happy Uncle Mustafa is well and nonsense as ever! God bless.
I loved seeing the men enjoying eating baby food.
I used to spit out packaged food maybe cause it was too much sweetened and dry .
Thank you for cheering me up today! ❤👶🍼
Naseeba wins this round. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mustafa. He wins. Hands down
One of my favorite ones! 😍
😂 😂 The Return To Innocence
.. Great advice from our dear Tribal fam!!! 😍
I ate that baby cereal, heavily sugared, well into my teens.
I mean, not *all* the time...
This was such a cute video!
This is soo funny... I enjoy watching this. ❤
This was so entertaining!
My kids never wanted baby food, they always wanted what we were eating.
I was taught that feeding babies honey could result in them having botulism 😳 and then they would have to be hospitalized
Lol very funny video
What? She was Naseeba’s mother all along???
"We don't feed this to our babies, so they grow weak, and can't stack cement blocks when instructed." 😂 With a perfectly straight face too!
These friends are just like us😁
Could you show us on a map where you guys are recording your videos? It would be good for me to put things in perspective. Thanks!
Superb idea and video
It's really tasty , Infact i could purchase baby food for myself 😂😂
Creative content loved it ♥
Thank you 😊
It’s actually dangerous for babies to eat honey before 1 years old
It's a culture to give honey to baby at birth in small amount with finger.
