there is actually a lot of really big channels covering remnant this time around which i was not expecting. remnant 2 is getting way more love then remnant one lol.

"Tanquil Heart" relic and "Reserve Boosting Gem" ring passive regen also count as healing

yes it does. but only if your not full health. with siphoner you actually have to have health to heal in order to activate it
What's the name of your armor set?
is 7% really such a big effect, doesnt stack or something right ?
well its 7% to like 8 different effects. so its an overall large buff. and is useful in many builds just because it buffs so much
