Same, it definitely has its fair share of problems, but goddam if it isn’t the most emotionally invested I’ve ever been in any Zelda story. This will always be the definitive Link and Zelda for me. It’s one of the only games that makes you motivated not just to save the kingdom, but to save the titular Princess. She’s not just some far off damsel in distress you have to save cuz prophecy, she’s Link’s childhood friend who has her own quest she much complete and you’re just fighting to get her back even more than you are to save the world imo, and that was just so much more human and motivating to me. Sure she’s still kind of a damsel, but it was still really well written to make me want to RUSH through the story so I could save Zelda, rather than just wander around fighting stuff, which I thought was cool
If there’s anything I’ve ever wanted in this life, it’s to see Link mack on Zelda in SS. And now that we have it in 60fps, we need it more now than ever.

Honestly it's probably the best they could of done for a remaster, not mentioning the amiibo debacle. All I have are minor nit picks and bigger more systemic problems with the original game that can't really be remedied in a remaster.
@@MrMoon-hy6pn it is, the only things I can think of is hero's mode being an option from the start and a way to kind of have both motion control's and buttons so like use motion control's for the sword and shield but buttons for swimming and flying. @@PhantomEidolon I thought they were both blue until I opened the box. Actually more blue and purplish blue...like the Master Swords purple and the other is Hyrule Shield blue. I read they used the cardboard Joy-con drift fix without using a piece of cardboard so that's neat. Waiting for my other Joycons to start drifting.
@@Toxik_Dubz Right, I like their design choice of making one the sword and the other the shield. I have heard also that they fixed the drift problem with these joycons. I have had them since release and haven't had any problems so far. 😊👍
Best trailer ever made for a Zelda game ❤️
This game is absolutely amazing!
Man it was a almost 3 minute trailer that brought me to tears :')
I'm glad this showcases the romantic undertones of Skyward Sword. Anyone who missed this game will at least get a glimpse at the fantastic story and cinematics. Way better game with a pro controller, Thank you Nintendo!
Nintendo, stop... My keyboard's going to short out from all my tears... 😭
This game is utterly magnificent. ❤
The moment when even Nintendo ships Zelink.
Those facial expressions! The hurt! The Pain! Link looks upset too.
Esse jogo é o primeiro que vc sente aquele peso emocional que deve ir atrás da Zelda pra trazê-la de volta, não pq é sua missão, mas pq vc precisa.
I didn't know I needed this until I played it with my younger sister... I have grown up but still love this so much... So good times back then.
I think the next TLOZ games should have a relationship between link and zelda
I'm not crying you're crying
That game genuinely was a masterpiece
That looks like a very sad game, and that is the first legend of Zelda game where I have seen Link or any character cry
I'm just going to say it: this game's soundtrack is godlike. It's been in my top 3 favorite gaming osts ever since this game came out on the Wii and this game's version of Zelda is just way too cute.
Damn I love Nintendo admit the romance. That was a good montage
The captions actually made me kinda emotional towards the end haha...[Link sobs]
I think this is the first time they have acknowledged Link and Zelda's relationship as more than just friends. I'm all here for it
Spirit Tracks was really the first time; it is very blatant in that game.
@@matthewmuir8884 Really? I never found it to be such. Tho I haven't played it in a while, I'm pretty sure it wasn't explicitally stated their relationship was romantic
@@isaac_aren It's as close to being explicit as a game where the characters are kids can get.
@@matthewmuir8884 I'll have to replay it. Very interesting
Spirit Tracks is a Zelink game, but they’re kids so it’s still puppy love of course. Link blushes a lot with Zelda tho and they hold hands at the end, so it’s there.
BOTW is also very Zelink focused, but more subtle than SS and shows their growth together instead of already being in love at the start
2:31 is the most realistic expression ive ever seen in a video game. Period.
