I went to a more prestigious HS, known for their academics. We had more kids go to state for academic reasons than for sports. I bring it up because I played football and our line was a 70, meaning anybody with less than a C could not play. At times we’d go into our games with 23/24 guys suited up eligible to play, I thought it was the biggest joke of a football program ive ever seen, plus your comment nailed it on the head.
