That's Cyrus "Buddy" Kalb. He's been a part of Ray's inner circle for many years. If you look at the songwriter credits on a lot of Ray's recordings you'll see Buddy's name written as C.W. Kalb, Jr. The names of the songwriters appear underneath the song titles. Buddy and his wife, Carlene, wrote "The Mississippi Squirrel Revival" for Ray. Buddy's appeared on just about every music video that Ray's put together.
Wow! After all these years, I can't believe he's still making more songs. That's amazing! The Comedy Video Classics tape is like, my childhood. My grandma used to have it at her house, and just about every time we'd go over there I'd watch it! I'm rewatching them right now and laughing my ass off.

Fond memories of my great granny putting on The Streak for me and yelling “don’t look Ethel!” Her name was actually Ethel so that made it funnier. She passed away about 19 years ago but listening to Ray’s music is a way to remember good things. And this song is also very funny and I think my great granny would have loved this too!
