    I m suffering a lot for these problem ..
    Negative thoughts ki ek chain si ban gyi h ki future me m ye krunga use marunga or bhi bhut backwass or jb imagination me gussa aa raha hota h to mujhe actual me bhi bhut gussa aa raha hota h dimag fatne ko ho jaata h.
    Feeling myself helpless....
    This has become routine of my life..

    I think best remedy to improve these mental issues is to practice positivity like u practice negativity daily😬 jokes apart and second most important remedy is Meditation.....😊Our mind is constantly dominating us our mind has two side negative and positive so we have to win by practice so that we can beat the negative side... Aur very important thing duniya ki fikar karna chhod do confident raho aur sirf khud par focus karo..
