I just try to cook it as I was watching your tutorial.. But without socking the beans and at the end its taste good but the beans was stonge as hell!! Now I understand why u leave the beans for 24 hours before cooking!! Am a barcelor i just try to help my self
. But I think is better I get a woman that can't cook like you.. Anyway thanks!!

Just the hot water and I let it sit till when I wanted to add it to the pot, then I washed it well with a clean cold water.
