- Hi Everyone! It's an ASMR food tasting video with a lot of eating and asmr mouth sounds and chewing. I made Dressed herring, Olivie, Tabouleh, Korean food and some other salads. I hope it helps you relax and fall asleep fast maybe raise your appetite :))

this reminds me of Maria's russian foods video. i want to try dressed herring so badly. tabouleh is one of my favorite salads. all of these salads look soooooo delicious. i love vegetables and vinegar-y flavors

my Russian heart goes so warm every time someone says "I loved dressed herring salad". It is just the best of both worlds. Now I have gotten the immediate urge to make this one asap, too. Thanks for the kick and the beautiful triggery video.

There are a lot of dressed herring recipes online however, none of them even come close to looking as good as yours. Would love for you to make recipe videos. ASMR and food are 2 of my favorite things :)
Admittedly this video didn't trigger my ASMR really (food ones rarely do) but gosh seeing more of your personality is delightful.

If you are rinsing your fruit and vegetables with vinegar to remove pesticides you could also use salt-water. Its even more effective and cheaper than italian vinegar ;) You just mix 9 parts water with one part salt and rinse your produce. Just make sure to rinse the salt of well too :)
Very interesting video lol. First salad had exact same style, same accent and even same words being said as Maria from gentlewhispering!! Then your accent changed with the next salad 😂 your sister is funny when she pointed this out. Very curious where you are from??- I can't place your true accent

Herring salad.
There is an interesting legend of the merchant, Anastas Bogomilov, who created this salad to save his restaurants from drunken fights. It happened in 1918 when the proletariat celebrated the New Year with a dish prepared by the cook Aristarchus Prokoptsev and named SH.U.B.A ('shuba' means "fur coat" in Russian, but it was also an acronym for "to Chauvinism and Decline (in Russian "Upadok") - Boycott and Anathema").
Later this salad became known as "herring under a fur coat". Red beet salad symbolized the red flag of the Revolution whereas herring and potatoes were a classic proletarian appetizer. This salad was very filling and as a result, guests did not get drunk quickly. However, they say that the salad "herring under a fur coat" began to appear on Soviet tables in the second half of the 60s of the 20th century but became popular a bit later. The traditional salad consists of chopped grated boiled vegetables (beets, carrots, potatoes), salted herring fillet, and mayonnaise sauce. This classical New Year salad was one of four mandatory things on the feast table: champagne, tangerines, Olivier salad and herring under the fur coat.

Everything looks so good except the first thing and the last thing. Goodness that just looks so nasty however, I do like herring so maybe if I get past how it looks I might like it. It looks like a plate of that pink slime from that video of the Mcdonalds factory though lol.
