To a certain degree I concur. 75% of it is being born within the ONE percentile of his talent level. The other 25% is cultivated by a solid up bringing, good family and healthy social relations (i.e coaches and environment). There have been others born with his talent but were born in fucked up situations or unstable environments and never got to blossom their full potential so we will never know who they were. More fall through the cracks than we will ever know!
