I have not lost , loved ones this year , but my mom is in hospital after a small stroke , but the prognoses are looking good .....🙂 I am very thankfull for my friends and family , they have been a great help here the last week ... Sending lots of hugs and love your Way , Stephen ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi Stephen...A teacher friend passed away on December 10th. For everyone in our school this was a huge loss for us. For me, it was loosing a dear friend. I knew Lisa for 11 years & it was an instant friendship. She never judged, she never laughed at my silliness. She always understood & supported me. That's what was so amazing about her friendship. She was a true, sincere friend & that's hard to come by. What was so awful was that she had given birth to a baby girl who died 10 hours later, then Lisa died almost 1 month after to the day. Now her husband is left without a baby or a wife. It's just such a tragic story that happened so quickly and unexpected. Christmas is my favorite holiday but i didn't put up any decorations or do any baking. I barely had the strength to buy Christmas gifts. I just didn't feel like doing anything. But now New Years is here & I have to have the strength to move on. Good things will happen in 2020 as I plan on moving out of NY. So a new job & a new place to live is on the horizon for me. I'm thankful that I have the opportunity to make these positive changes. And my friend will push me along from heaven to do these things. I love you Stephen for dong Hart talks & all the good you do for others. You are an angel sent from God. I love you!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Love Laura

Thank you, you kind and generous soul. I guess I'm grateful for one year of sobriety from alcohol and pills, and that my kidney disease is stable. As I write this on Christmas Day, I remember and miss my mum and dad terribly, but I know they'd want me to look at life in terms of what's good, what's possible. And that sentiment is what I get from Hart Talks. So I look forward to what's next, and wish you all the best x.

Gosh Stephen, looking back what a year of ups and downs. This is the time of year to reflect on what has happened and realize that another year will soon begin and hopefully next year will be a fresh page and a new beginning. Nothing can replace the loss of loved ones we just have to be thankful that we had them in our lives at all and cherish those memories. Thank you for a very thoughtful video. Big hugs, Stephen!!
