Wow fam Jesus convicted my heart with this one he showed me 3 things to prove this truth 1) Judas kiss was giving back the Holy Spirit; he confessed to the priest (catholic practice) before killing him self; Peter denied Jesus 3 times denying the father, son and Holy Spirit then Peter repented 3 times

Gloryyyy to God! I found what I was looking for! I heard weeks ago from a Pastor that "if Judas repented he would of been forgiven" and it blew my mind! I needed to hear more. Thank youuu. God bless you!!! I'm so overwhelmed right now!!! Forgive me for saying I wished a pastor compared and contrasted Peter and Judas like this yearssss ago. I want to believe it would of stayed with me!

Why was Judas given this embarrassing fate? No embarrassment if God is glorified and Judas ends up in Heaven. Why was Peter forgiven and Judas not forgiven? This question is a tough pill to swallow.

It wasn’t Juda’s fate to betray Jesus. Jesus just knew that judas was going to betray him because of his own greed. He didn’t make judas betray him he just knew what judas planned to do. Regardless of his betrayal Jesus was going to be crucified Judas was just greedy. Judas could’ve repented and been forgiven like Peter or Paul who was a murderer but he didn’t.

You'll never see Judas the same way again -- after reading this. Because this blows the entire "Judas" story out of the water:
Why would the Sanhedrin pay Judas such a princely sum to point out someone they already KNEW well? Yes... you heard me right. In all THREE Synoptic Gospels, Jesus, Himself, points out to the arrest party that they had all SEEN Him teaching daily in the Temple... and had been WITH HIM as He taught (?!):
"Jesus said to them, 'Have you come with swords and clubs to arrest me like you would an outlaw? DAY AFTER DAY I WAS WITH YOU, teaching in the temple courts, yet you did not arrest me.'"
    (Mark 14:48-49, Matt 26:55, Luke 22:53)
Thus... They KNEW Him, already! Jesus RECOGNIZED them all... and knew THEY recognized Him. So....... what did it matter whether Judas was there or not to "kiss" Him and point Him out? And why would they pay Judas anything to do so? The simple Truth here is this: There was no "Judas Kiss"... there was no Judas "betrayal"... and there probably was no Judas, period. Instead... the Judas story was later concocted to HIDE the truth regarding those who really DID betray Jesus by testifying against Him at His trial before the Sanhedrin... to save their own skins.
Wanna take a guess who those real betrayers were? Here's a hint: Peter wasn't seated with the guards outside Jesus's trial, unable to leave as people kept recognizing him, 'cuz they were all such great buddies.
Think about it... take all the time you need. ;)

A man that knows what he's talking about for those that will say that money can buy love I'm sorry but I'm going to say it boldly money does not buy love of money is the root of all evil if a woman allows a man to buy her he is with the wrong woman we are conceived out of love we are all barth out of Jesus love most important is to build a relationship thatI will have for eternity make sure that each and everyone of us have peace in our hearts and peace comes from Love for if one was to choose me as a friend I will be a friend for life the only thing that we take with us to our father's home is the compy ceiling of love in our hearts love has the highest value of anything in the world I often say if I could find the tin Man I'll ask him for his brains and give him my heart because it is a most painful thing glory to God

Peter NEVER betrayed Jesus ! ! Denied Him. Yes. Never betrayed Him. Had he betrayed Jesus, he would have gone along with Judas when Judas walked up to Jesus and kissed Him. Peter fell asleep with Jesus in the garden instead of praying as Jesus had asked. Please. Please. Please. Look at the scriptures again. You will never ever finding it using the word betrayed with Peter. Please do not misrepresent Peter or God's written Word. All your words up to that misrepresentation, were well worth hearing.

Denial can sometimes be betrayal. Perhaps only God knows. But IMO, what Peter did was egregious, yet he was forgiven and Judas' sin was not. Yes, as Jesus said "better to have never been born." That statement was not an endorsement for heaven. And it makes me wonder did Judas EVER have a clean heart? If not, why did Jesus not ever address this with him?

I am very sorry to make this statement. But I want to say that Pastor Tyson's explanation is not acceptable to me. There are some simple basic equations that never go wrong. He is not aware of it. When you say Jesus does good, it means he does no wrong. So whatever Jesus does is always good. If Jesus chose Judas did he do the right or the wrong thing? The answer must be, Jesus did the right thing. The Gospels(JESUS DID NOT WRITE THE GOSPELS) say that Judas was a thief. The Evangelists wrote the Gospels. Who are these Evangelists? All of them were disciples who were traitors and betrayers who hated Jesus and Judas(the same Gospels says this). Jesus never called Judas a thief at any time in his life. Why did Jesus choose Judas? I can answer it. Judas was the most educated, he was an expert organizer, expert money handler and an accountant. A single word describes all this -The Steward, who is the second in command and the master's right hand man. The rest of the disciples were minions or morons. Jesus wanted the best and the most loyal person to serve him. No one could be better than Judas. Now comes the unpleasant part. All the disciples hated Judas, they even physically fought with him to get rid of him. John and James' mother strongly told Jesus to give the posts to her sons. Jesus told her to get lost. How many Christians who read the Gospels know who she was? Nobody! I think even Pastor Tyson does not know. Now comes the very bad part. Judas was a Sicari, a knife wielder and a terrorist(assassin). The Sicari were also called robbers or thieves by well to do Jews. Judas' profession was to kill people and not steal pennies and pence. He killed Roman soldiers and Jews who supported the Romans and the Chief Priests, Money did not matter to him. The biggest problem was Judas was young, very handsome, very strong, a Jewish hard core militant, a Judean and a relative of Jesus. The beautiful Mary Magdalene who was the financier for Jesus' mission was Judas' relative and his assistant. Now please tell me who will not hate Judas. Judas had tons and tons of money. He had so much money he simply could not steal money from anyone. If anyone reads the Gospels carefully they will realize to their horror that Judas never betrayed Jesus. But someone did! Judas was the only disciple to die. He died before Jesus was crucified. Judas has very rare distinctions that is simply unattainable. First for being Jesus' steward; he was the only person honored by Jesus. Why? Because for three long years, he fed Jesus and his disciples and the 100 odd men women and children who followed Jesus, he fed the crowds because he had the money, he gave money to the poor, the orphans and the widows. He did all this without any mishandling of accounts or a single complaint from Jesus. Now that is extraordinary. Lastly only a man who loved Jesus and whom Jesus loved could have come so close to Jesus and kiss him. No traitor would have the courage to do it. Finally, no Christian knows that Judas was impaled. He did not commit suicide. Whatever I have said is in the Gospels, but most of you will never find it.
