    When I changed my nutrition completely and started exercising daily I got push back from friends and even family. It's almost like I was picked on, made fun of by the closest people in my life. Meanwhile I lost 40lbs and by far got in the best physical shape of my life, at 49 yrs old. I run a lot and am out either climbing/hiking or running mountains 3-7 days a week. I've found I need to just tune out certain people. Just flat out ignore them and not engage in a conversation about what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. Misery loves company and people in general will hold you back. If I waited for anyone to support me, I'd still be waiting. Meanwhile I watch them eat and drink things that are just horrible for them and make excuses for why they do it. It's " oh sometimes I just need the sugar and have to drink a soda " just ridiculous shit like that. I never realized just how crappy everyone around me eats and drinks until I changed myself. It's very strange that the very people that love and or care about me give me the most shit. I mean it's completely changed my life and saved my life. I was very depressed and suicidal for years. All of that has went away. I don't have time to be depressed or suicidal, I'm too busy running mountains and loving my life. Last year I did Mount Whitney in a day and it was pretty easy for me. Ran a half marathon the very next day. I went from 230lbs and on disability from 2 major back surgeries, living in daily pain. Now I'm 190lbs and every day I work out my core. A strong core has almost taken all of my back pain away and I'm off disability and the pain pills. It can be done, I've done it.😁🤘💪👍

If you did it then there isn't any logical excuse why they can't. You are holding up a mirror they don't want to acknowledge. So love them anyway, hope one day even one will ask "how can I do i too?" Go live your best life your awesome.

      @@BJ-v Yes it is so very important to learn and to address issues of your innate and addaptive immune system function with a little research and massive action a gift for yourself . A journey of a life time . Never give up ever. So one of the causes of my Metabolic Syndrome was occupational. I sit in one position at my animation art table for hours on end most every day taking my work home on weekends and even sometimes on weekday evenings to burn the candle at both ends married to my job or occupation. I was in my early thirties at the time at the height of my career and very much an overachiever to work my way up to be the best Animator that I could be which in itself is noble but by doing this to myself and feeling so indestructible and resilient I unwittingly injured my immune system and function of my organs and created my own unique metabolic syndrome as the weight slowly packed on and my energy dropped causing much suffering of unexplained symptoms with many trips to the clinic and hospitals for quick fixes prescribed by pharmacy and MD subscription drugs. A trap that a lot of my fellow Americans are now living with today. In addition to myself not moving my body at work and at my residence the flip side of the coin in my life was just as deadly as follows and you guessed right I am talking about my chosen diet that consisted of the following short list of cannot be called real food but substances really. Refined carbs such as white flour, sugary snacks, and sugar-sweetened beverages, which are low in fiber and nutrients. ...🥰😍

      @BarryAnderson Год назад +1

      Yes I could not agree more Julie T...... Life is a lot of hills and valleys and it is so important to learn something from our mistakes make in our life which is really paramount . ❤🧡💌 Eventually, the hospital had to discharge me and what happened next is a long story in itself that you will read in my published book or see on my RUclips video one day soon. Forced to find answers to my problem I read natural health books off the shelf authored by many holistic Maverick Physicians, Scientists, and PHDs, of their time to teach me how to live right. In a nutshell more or less I changed my life around but the Medical Establishment still in my experience is not telling the whole story with the following statements for the cure to Metabolic syndrome as follows ............."
      Exercise is one of the fastest and most effective ways to reverse insulin resistance. And the following is very general really. Eat a balanced diet emphasizing vegetables, proteins, and low-fat dairy. Moderating your carb intake can help with weight loss and decreasing insulin resistance. Lose weight, especially around the middle, if possible." End of Mainstream Medical advice that does not paint the whole picture. So I would go as far as to say that ONE -Exercise must be taken outside to be exposed to the essential hormone D-3 derived from the sun exposure to your skin without slathering on any cancer-causing sunscreen chemical.
      💗💓❤The western modern-day lifestyle is seriously deficient in this hormone as an estimated 90 percent of a person's life today is living indoors causing very serious immune deficiencies across the board especially when one lives further away from the Earth's Equator. Studies have shown that populations of people living near the equator with sun all year round have much lower cases of every cancer including MS multiple sclerosis. Diagnosed MS is highest in Canada and Scotland.

      Yes I agree with you Art By Hazel Femandez Even the so called mainstream health authorities are getting it all wrong in some cases and a lot of collusion and information that is industry motivated . Saturated fats are found in foods like red meat, whole-milk dairy products, and many baked goods. ...
      Cured meats like hot dogs, bacon, and deli meats, have been linked to heart disease. Including restaurant foods, take-out orders fast food malls, morning donuts,s and franchise food retailers with household brand names that we all grew up with. And yes mobile food trucks that would actually bring the food ordered to my working art desk as well so that my time would not be wasted and my animation footage output would be higher. At that time I was clearly driven for financial success and my ego was getting in the way eventually causing me to STOP what I was doing to myself when forced into a long horrific painful hospital ICU Intensive Care Unit room physically quarantined from the other patients in the hospital. I did not know it at the time but this Life and Death Health Crisis that I was experiencing inside the hospital was really my BLESSING IN DISGUISE and my BIG Wake Up Call for me really. A lot of invasive diagnostic testing was done across the board as my Motion Picture Blue Cross Insurance Coverage was financially milked to death as I found out later when I opened up all of the billing charges in my mailbox months after I was discharged from the hospital. During my stay in the hospital not any of the staff ever addressed my extreme obesity and only my symptoms were addressed using painkiller drugs and other drugs with long names that I cannot remember at this time of writing. 😍

      Great information video that helps me a lot for working with my clients for weightloss and more .....Thank you Joe Cross for your guiding Light and recommendations for sharing a bio and being a student of Mother Nature . The western modern-day lifestyle is seriously deficient in this hormone as an estimated 90 percent of a person's life today is living indoors causing very serious immune deficiencies across the board especially when one lives further away from the Earth's Equator. Studies have shown that populations of people living near the equator with sun all year round have much lower cases of every cancer including MS multiple sclerosis. Diagnosed MS is highest in Canada and Scotland.
      Of course, easier said than done for many reasons that I will get into with much more detail for you in another article. My first epic 2 month trip to the Kingdom of Thailand was the other wake-up call that I will write about to you as well soon. All the odds of premature death to me were in the writing and I eventually knew that I had to be proactive in my recovery myself and not find answers and be enslaved to the current medical system that is still in place even today. In other words, I had to find a way to save my own life.
