- You guys barely know me, so I decided to share 20 facts about me! I added the extra challenge of filming this video in Cantonese. ^^

Hi everyone! I just want to say that I am aware that at 1:39 I subtitled wrong! I said 'luk6 sik1' which means green while the subtitles said 'blue'. My favourite colour is in fact blue! I am aware that blue in Cantonese is 'laam4 sik1', clearly I wasn't listening properly when subtitling lolol.
OMG! your cantonese is great! I caught that too, and was relieved that I didn't forget my colors! lol. I don't think I would be able to say all that you said in cantonese. I would've had a bit more english in it! lol

whenever a foreigner can speak any Cantonese , it makes me so happy. because it is a language that I am born with and yet being threatened to be extinct in the country that originates it....Grace, you speak the best Cantonese among any foreigners that I have ever come across! love love love!!

Your Cantonese simply blows my mind. I am a native speaker, but I grew up in the UK and the US and now I live in Canada. You speak better than a lot of the BBCs (British-born Chinese), ABCs, or CBCs.
It’s amazing you can speak so fluent and you got our pattern as we have some English words in between the sentences and you just perfect got them in the right place! You are so hong konger!

Hi , I recommend some Stephen chow comedy you will love it. You will kinda see a more regular daily talk style instead of kinda formal. Also some of course 90s cantonese pop songs are the best ever. Even some late 90s early 2000s dramas. Keep up the great work 💪
Happy 6 years in London! I'm Chinese born and raised in the United States. My mom has always made me speak Cantonese at home so I'm lucky enough to know my native tongue really well compared to some of my peers whose parents chose to speak English with them. Your canto is so good! I'm so happy I came across your channel
You can speak extremely fluent Cantonese that I, as a Hong Kong people,can hear all what you are saying. Your Cantonese is much better than many people who live in Hong Kong now.
Very good!! Pronunciation is very accurate. I have no problem to listen and do anything else! Great to hear from you speaking Cantonese in this accurate =) I prefer winter because I keep sweating in summer in Hong Kong =P

I am a native Cantonese speaker, you speak great Cantonese, it's very impressive. Cantonese is rather loose language, grammar and words are sometimes arbitrary, the 9 tones could be very subtle. Yet you pull it off!!

I have just watched the interview of you on AppleDaily website. I am from Hong Kong and wondering if you have your IQ checked. It is so obvious that you are a genius! Some of my colleagues are Brits. They have stayed in Hong Kong for more than 10 years and they could even not utter 5 Cantonese words. Thank you for liking the dialect as it is on the one hand the identity of Hong Kong people while on the other it is trivialized by the Chinese authority. I am sure you are gonna make much more Cantonese speaking friends in London soon as there will be an influx of us into the city. Best wishes!

Grace, you can learn literally anything if you've already mastered Cantonese, keep it up! 😄

Very good video, you mastered the subtleties of the Cantonese spoken language. Even those of us born into a Cantonese family but live overseas don’t get as much spoken practice in our daily lives (and thus sound awkward when we speak it). I don’t sense any awkwardness in your speech, you put us to shame. :-) Keep making these wonderful videos!

Hi Grace! you should definitely visit Hong Kong, it's summer whole year, even in Winter, it's higher than 10c, and you can hear and speak cantonese everywhere!

As you know, it's all about what you want in life. I'm hoping to learn Hindi to the level you speak Cantonese.
With swimming, I recently learnt to swim. Took a lot of hours and training but I can now do it and swim in exotic beaches abroad! I know you'll be able to swim if you really want it.
