Why do you not touch the wall of the container while draining the pipette and waiting for the 15 seconds?

In weighing why you open the glass door in both sides? Any reason for that?
Also, I found a weird thing - the amount of liquid kept in the pipette when touched to the wall of the beaker / conical flask depends on the material of the beaker
Why should it agree within 0.003ml am using a 25cm3 pipette
Didnt you add water in the beginning why are you checking for water drops on the inside?
